I love this place but they are never open any more. I have gone probably 6 times recently and they have only been open once during posted hours. I’ve called their phone number and never get an answer. Left a voicemail asking when they are open and for a return call and they never got back to me.

The Chicken Tinga Bowl is some of the most delicious food I've ever had. But the last 3 times (over the past 2 months) I've been to Sobe Eats in Sandy they have been closed. Nothing on their Instagram, Facebook, or website indicates a change of hours or a closure. There are also no notices or indications at the physical location of the change. PLEASE update your hours, because I miss the chicken tinga bowl and need to know when to stop by!!!

I ate at the Sobe Food truck at the Outdoor Show and it was barely eatable. The rice must have been scooped up in bowls for an hour before I got my food. Then I think I had 5 bites of chicken with raw onions, a radish or 2 and a sauce that had no flavor. $17!!! Never again.

It's a drive up. You have to make an awkward turn to pay at one window and pick up food at the opposite window. Service of handing over good food always happens though sometimes they're out of menu items. Sometimes the employees interactions with customers could be a little more friendly or communicative. But if you're just wanting the good food, they always deliver. Food is fresher and elevated compared to others. The price is higher as a result but you get what you pay for.Kid-friendliness: I believe they do have some smaller and less expensive portions for kids.

Excellent food. Far exceeded expectations of a drive through lunch! Had the birria rice bowl, tinga burrito and horchata. Very nice, well balanced flavoring. Would've loved more cilantro but that's just personal preference. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back to try their other menu

This bowl packed a punch, and it is big enough to share with someone. The meat was tender and juicy. It was a little pricey, and the ice machine was down when I went. I'm tight in between 4 and 5 stars. I'll come back on the right occasion.

Filthy kitchen, cold food, and some of the worst customer service we have experienced. The only positive thing I can say about the food was that they gave us what we ordered. But we waited over 10 minutes, and somehow still got gritty cold food? Your new associate with the long brown hair was was too worried about replying back on her phone to be able to focus on making our food. Or are you not giving them enough breaks to address their personal issues? Because somethings going on when you can’t even make a taco without taking a break to respond to your phone. But by far the most unsettling experience was when we walked up to the take out window to get our food and looked at how absolutely disgusting and filthy. The food preparation area is. There are far too many quality taco stands to waste your money, or risk your health and eating at this one.

This place is DELICIOUS! The quality of the food is always amazing and the service is equally as great! I also got to meet the owners and the people behind this business are truly inspiring are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I’d recommend Sobe Eats to anyone!
I love the tostadas and agua frescas here, everything tastes really fresh! However, the birria burrito and Asada bowl I got recently was a bit salty and there wasn't much of the avocado salsa in the bowl so it wasn't very flavorful. The prices are a bit high but they do have very tasty items!

Sobe eats was so good when I first had it, you could always count on them to create fresh food with proportionately added ingredients. I would order Sobe Eats at least once a month. Lately I have noticed a drop in quality and as well in portions. I had recently ordered the Birria Burrito and it is now mostly potatoes and unchopped cilantro. The Guacamole is not fresh, it tastes like they went to Costco and bought pre made guac. The green sauce tastes like it's a couple of days old and has a very fishy taste to it. This is unfortunately my last time ordering from Sobe Eats as well as recommending it to others. Sobe Eats was always considered an expensive treat considering the prices are so high, but now that they have dropped in quality I can say it is no longer worth the price. They also forgot a red sauce in my order and they now buy the chips from Costco which is so disappointing.
