I always order ahead, but today I ordered while sitting there (on my phone) and still got my food super fast and super good. I went back a couple of hours later and got slushies for the grandkids, and they were perfect too! There are so many great flavors!

I have been going to this Sonic for years as I live close by. The service and quality have dropped so much I will never go back. We ordered our food on our phone and it said that the food was on it's way out about five minutes after showing up. We sat and waited. Other customers were pressing to order but they speakers suck and so the employee had to come out and try to memorize the orders, she didn't bring a note pad and it was extra difficult because she spoke very little English. I felt bad for the employee, clearly stressed. Other people started getting their food before us. We had been there for 40 mins at this point. I finally pressed the call button, the employee came out and I asked where our food was. She had no idea. Within five or so minutes she brought our food but not our drinks. Finally our drinks came. We ordered them dirty but of course they weren't cause nobody seems to understand what cream is. The food tasted like it was microwaved quickly instead of cooked properly. It was awful. They said to come back tomorrow and get a free combo meal. I said will I be waiting an hour for it and she said yes. She also provided nothing to prove that I could get a free meal. As if I want it anyway. Never again, learned my lesson. Stay away.

Just left after watching them deliver my daughters order to another car. Those people returned the order, being yelled at by the manager for doing it, she then gave my daughter the order she had given them, which was still wrong! This has happened before, but will not happen again as I will not be back.

Ordered 2 chocolate shakes tonight, they gave us vanilla (if you can even call it that) it was tasteless with some chocolate drizzle inside the cup. I tried to order more from the drive thru and they turned me off. Honestly I can see why this place has such low ratings. It’s sad because this place was once a staple for my dad and I.

I don’t even know what to say because of how bad this experience was. The staff was inattentive, unfriendly, and we asked for chocolate shakes and they gave us bland vanilla shakes with chocolate syrup on the sides. It’s like they didn’t stir the syrup and ice cream. Don’t go here. Even if you crave a shake like I did.

The customer service here sucks. They sit on there phones and it takes them forever to reach to the intercom. Good thing I checked the bag because I was missing 3 of my food items since they were in such a rush. I came to this location thinking it would be better, since I just left the Midvale location from horrible customer service as well. I will say that both the Sandy and Midvale location are not good anymore.

No pride in their service and food. Sonic all together has lost its personality and pride. They move through a motion to take your money with lowest quality. Not sure how they are still in business. Sad to say but a waste of money and business space.

Worst. Sonic. Ever. The staff is horrible. They get our order wrong every time. And they don’t know how to make their dirty sodas. They tell us we have to ask for it with the sweet cream when the sign says the dirty sodas come WITH CREAM. They fight us on it EVERY TIME. I’d rather drive farther to get it done right. Incompetence.

Waited 3 minutes at the speaker before being helped. Ordered a drink and fries. Got to the window waited another 3 minutes before being helped. They didn't add fries to my order, i didn't want to wait anymore so i didn't say anything, but they were way more concerned about their conversation than me

I had to explain their new advertised “dirty” drink add in and I guess I offended someone because they wouldn’t take my payment or try the card again(it worked directly after at the gas station)If you plan to get any kind of flavored drink, you’re better off at any of the chains around.Will never be returning as it’s the second time in a row I’ve had a poor experience like this where last time they charged me for everything but didn’t add anything to my actual drink.
