This Starbucks closes way too early it's so frustrating! Dutch Brother's stays open till 11pm. I wish this store would stay open at least a couple hours later. I just pulled in here at 6:03 on a Saturday evening and they're closed. ??

Worst Starbucks in the Sandy. They always get something wrong. I always regret not going up the street. Today I asked for coffee oat milk and no sugar was given coffee with almond milk. When they went back to make it I saw them do an americano and add water and oat milk to my remade coffee and they put sugar in it….It tasted nasty. Can’t even get a regular cup of coffee with just oat milk. Go elsewhere.

Quick and friendly service! Clean sitting area. Variety of breakfast items, which is nice!

Starbucks in and around the Sandy area is so weird. You order a caramel macchiato and they barely put any syrup in and if they do they don't stir it, so you can't taste it for 90% of the coffee. So you have to call them out on it and have them make it again. It's amazing this place is as busy as it is with such awful coffee.Take pride in your work. Even if you're just making coffee take pride in the fact you're doing it correctly. Then you have an objective measurement where you can say, "You know what? I did a great job today, better than most. I'm going to keep doing the best job I can. One of the main focuses of my time, my job, I'm very good at. I like that I'm very good at what I do. The world is a better place, because I'm good at what I do."Instead of, "I can save a couple of seconds by not pumping the syrup twice and taking a stirrer and stirring the coffee."

The gals that work here in the AM are exemplary! This is what a Starbucks should be: delicious consistency, down to earth kindness, clean modern ambiance, and someone who knows your name (and drink). These gals deserve a generous raise and should be training others! Even both my kids commented on how the gals make their vanilla bean crème taste better than any other location we’ve been to in the US (in 20 different states). Now if an 8 & 10 year old can tell the difference then it’s worth listening. On another note: the afternoon guys make the most awful drinks and are rude in that indifferent don’t care would rather be somewhere else kind of attitude.

barista was very distracted taking our order. ordered a pink drink with vanilla sweet cream foam and a vanilla bean frapp with raspberry, at the window confirmed with me what i ordered. ended up getting the pink drink without the foam, the vanilla bean frapp was very watery and not very frozen and tasted off from what it usually tastes like. i used to work as a barista for 3 years and it's not that complicated to get orders right, especially after confirming with the customer at the window. p.s. we were one of the two cars in the drive thru

Why does it close at 530pm on a Saturday in a busy shopping center? So d****

Started coming to this location since the one on 9400 S always seems so short staffed and stressed. Service has been great so far! They also almost always have oat milk which can be hard to find sometimes. I always do the drive through and they happily give my dog a pup cup.

We had a complicated order for 2 of the 3 drinks but they pulled them off with no issues!

I'm over coming here for snotty and curt responses just to get a boring coffee and some barely warm egg bites along with sandwiches that come in plastic and are nuked. Youre failing Starbucks, miserably failing. All of us have to deal with almost a 20% hike in coffee along with tge overzealous, too cool, toddler attitudes. Take care of your people, do something productive. There are plenty of mom and pop places that would gladly take my money for their expensive coffee. Im over even asking for one napkin with a food item.... Seriously?! Cmon people!

They're out of oatmilk. Sorry: they're "experiencing a shortage." (No one else is, and the stores are stocked. Makes sense to run to a store for a half gallon of oatmilk for $5.50 since they'll make up that $$ with one drink, but no.) They discontinued pistachio because it's not a "summer drink." Huh? Pistachio has a season?? Went to their competition, got what I wanted.

Born and raised in a remote jungle in Africa and currently traveling across the United States, first time here. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I always have a hard time ordering due to language barrier but They understood my SESAME STREET English very well (Translated from Afrikaans)
