It's like the employee listens, but also not at the same time. They'd ask me things I'd want and I'd express what I want, but then they don't do it, and I have to tell them again when they just asked me.The place looks clean, but upon closer look, is actually dirty. Like, a table I sat on, the sides are legitimately sticky, my wrapper was glued to it.Wouldn't recommend this subway.

Bad customer service. The food we ordered had toppings didn’t request and the bread was so dry it crumbled on top and it was not toasted just way tooo dry. Also called the store several times and they never answered. I have gone to this location for many years I am disappointed it has become such a dive. If I’m going to pay dam near 20 bucks for two sandwiches it better good quality and at least what I asked for.

Lady in the drive through can’t speak basic English, so she couldn’t take my payment from me. I asked to use some on a card and the rest cash, and she was so confused and called her manager to get help, and they still couldn’t figure it out. I drove off and got food somewhere else. This location is terrible, no one can speak basic English there, so your order is always messed up or they can’t assist you properly.

Worst subway I’ve been to in my entire life! I’ve traveled all over the country and this was horrible. Cold chicken even though it was “toasted”, Diet Coke tasted like it had salt poured in it. Cookies were hard as rocks. Just because it’s drive through and I can’t watch you make my sandwich, you should take pride in your work. Maybe I just got unlucky and got a lazy employee or someone thought it would be funny to mess up my order on purpose. Never going there again!

Ordered a footlong double meat turkey sub , apparently this is double meat??? Disappointed :/ doesn't even feel like this is enough meat for REGULAR amount .
