I’m writing this review because of the corporate decision to have the meat covered by a metal box so that customers can no longer see what quality of meat they are purchasing for their sandwiches. The entire time subway has been around eat fresh has been the slogan and as food quality is declining a decision has been made to not show customers what they are getting is absurd and I guarantee this will loose subway customers…

My husband and I went to this subway for lunch. There were three employees working: a teenage boy, an older man, and a woman. The teenage boy was quiet and very VERY efficient. You could tell he was there to work and to get it done correctly. The other man and woman, however, were not.I ordered my sandwich through the man and he kept asking me to repeat myself on what I wanted. He honestly seemed high. He was very slow and didn’t seem to pay attention to anything I was ordering or saying. The woman was helping the couple behind us, and was very rude with them. They walked in the door and she immediately said “how many sandwiches? What size? What do you want?” They had been in the store for maybe 4 seconds and she was already rushing them with their order.I also overheard that woman saying that she only replaces the trash bags that she uses. So if she doesn’t use the garbage, she won’t help replace the liner. She is CLEARLY not a team player. I will never return to this subway. The staff was too unfriendly and too slow.The teenage boy working was the only good employee. He made my husband’s sandwich. I wish I had gotten his name. He had short blonde hair. Management should look into this.

manager working today has terrible customer service, messed up all 4 of our sandwiches like horribly, and we waited for 35 mins after they said our order was ready but we arrived at the store and they hadn’t even started it. whoever that bald guy is can literally have a bad rest of his day. i wont be coming to this subway

Went in and Guy was talking about killing people and swearing. When asked to stop he ignored me and continued. Lettuce was rotten and when asked for light oil and vinegar he doused it. I walked never will give that subway my business ever again. I hope the owner of this subway See's this and does something about it or you will have a worker run your business into the ground.

One lady took a long time just to make 2 sandwiches and was bossing her coworker around. All around a bad experience. Don’t go here.

It took the girl who worked at this location today ( on Sunday ) 25 min to make two sandwiches for two people in front of me. I understand that people are not same and some people work slower than others but a fast food sandwich doesn’t worth waiting 25. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

We were greeted when we walked in, the fellow that made our sandwich was very attentive and paid attention. The food was great. Mind you I'm not comparing it against a five-star restaurant, just other subways.

I came through Saturday afternoon (4/15) and the guy working the drive thru was unpleasantly blunt. At the window he commented on my acne scars and said I must be washing my face with detergent. He needs to be educated on proper customer interactions. I don’t know if he was new, but he was mostly silent throughout the ordering process and it didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. My sandwich was great, though I will not be back to this or any other Sandy location.

I have stopped at this location 4 different times in the morning, hoping this will be the time that this dude actually answers the drive thru…… Nope every time he acts like he can’t hear me. The manager at this location is incompetent at best.

Google hours shows 7AM. Door has hours that says 7AM. After waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot until 7:15AM for it to open I finally knocked where i was informed there new hours are 8AM.

The worst customer services in the entire state! I have went multiple times through the drive thru sat there forever and no one ever answers ! Tried to go inside and the doors are locked even though it says open! Save your time and go elsewhere !
