I ordered a six-inch ham sandwich for my daughter. We took it home. She started eating it and found a staple in the sandwich. And then when I called, I couldn’t understand them which made me even madder.They should fire this idiot that was working there!!!!

This is quite literally the worst Subway sandwich I have ever had in my life. I have avoided this Subway for some time due to the lack of quality in the past but decided to give it a try since the sign out front said “under new management”. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break so I order online and if the order is incorrect I do not have time to go back and complain. The bread is hard as a rock, many ingredients are missing and it’s covered in so much yellow mustard that I can’t even eat it. $10 for this huge disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!

Literally the kids working here are high schoolers that have bad attitudes. They made my sandwich wrong and it was so dry. They started putting Jalapeños on it and I said no I didn't ask for that and the kid threw a fit and there was juice all over my sandwich. Do NOT recommend at all?

I really like subway but recommend avoiding this location. Service is always really slow and unprofessional. They never have the different flavors of bread. It is always "in the oven". Don't open on time.

The staff at this location are very good and the still have the Veggie Patty which the location nearer to us does not. The over quality of things like the bread are still Subway level chemical soup. So five star crew and service and three star Subway ingredients equals a four star location

Your manager was very rude to my mother and refused to serve her. She was there before 5. They helped Three people in front of her and at 5:06 he told her They have worked their 70 hours and they were done. He then told her if you want to get a job here we are hiring. He refused to serve her even though she was there before 5. I called him and wanted to speak to the manager and he said I was speaking to him. I told him he was very rude to my mother and he told me he wasn't rude to her because they were closing. I said, you told her she could get a job there if she wants to be served. He hung up on me. I called him back and ask to speak to the manager again and he said I was speaking to him. I told him you hung up on me. He said how no, our conversation was over. We have nothing to talk about. I told him I would contact the corporation to complain. I asked him his name and he refused to give it to me. He hung up on me again. We have loved going to subway near our house but to have my mother and I treated that way was unacceptable. I want to know what you are going to do about refusing service to my mother and the manager unacceptable costumer service? We went to the Quarry Bend's location 10 mins away and had excellent service and was still open to serve anyone! Quarry Bend was very friendly and is far better then Highland Drive location.

The person behind the counter was slow and rude. He kept yelling at the two people in front of me about everything. It took him nearly 30 minutes to get two peoples orders. When I finally got up to ask for my food he just looks at me and says “we don’t have that sandwich.” It’s bread and I can clearly see that he has all the meat to make my sandwich. Horrible experience

The man preparing my sub was rude and refused to make it how I wanted him too! I said extra spinach no lettuce and he put 3 pieces if spinach on there. When I asked him to put more he said, "I all ready did the spinach!". I asked for extra olives and he put 4 olives on my sub and straight refused to put any more on! Never have I ever experienced such behavior at any if the other locations!! I will never eat there again!

I don’t know if the manager is the older grumpy guy that is the rudest person to be in fast food I’ve ever been around but will never be back. Lots of good fast food elsewhere
