I give this location 3 stars as it is hit and miss what kind or service and order you are going to get. Is your order going to be correct? There are other locations I never have issues, but this one is consistent for years with having issues.Vegetarian options: Black Bean Chulupa, potatoe taco, or potatoe bowl, bean, and rice burrito. Those are just the items I have had.

The food was stale ( tortillas), I got the wrong taco, and my daughter tried to get the staffs attention for 5 minutes and ignored her until I came up and waited and had to yell over to get someone to come to the counter.The tables all have sauce and crumbs all over. Kinda gross, it used to be good. Sad. ?

02-11 @ 3pm The drive-thru cashier rushed us through our entire order, asked us if we were ready and when we asked for a moment to look through the menu she asked us three different times if she could help us find something rather than wait for us to decide. When we got to the window she handed us a bag and said goodbye, literally shutting the window in our face. No sauce, no receipt. We had to ask for sauce... Seriously rude.

Awesome food, as reliable as a 2012 Honda Civic. There was one time we waited a little long for our order because of a systom error, but as soon as we brought it up, we were given a free drink, and our food came out hot and ready. Perfect in every way.
Colossally screwed up my order. Only one thing I ordered was kind of right, but it didn't have the jalapeños I paid for. The other thing I ordered was literally just a tortilla with lettuce and cheese. It was supposed to be the spicy potato one from the cravings menu. No potatoes, no jalapeños, no sour cream, not even good because there was nothing on it but cheese and a ton of lettuce. Do not recommend.

I went in yesterday around 11PM and I had a pretty big mobile order. When I got up to the window I was told the blue frosty was out but and asked if I wanted a different flavor I said strawberry was fine and to make it up they gave it to us in a large cup (which is not normally the large for slushies) I already thought they were so nice in the drive through I pulled around to make sure I had everything and I was missing 2 nachos so I went back through and let them know and they had it ready instantly and bagged before I got to the window they also gave me a few coupons to make up for forgetting the chips overall it was very fast and they were so nice I’m not sure how to spell it but the main person to help us was named Demark he was so sweet and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of!

I swear I get a brain aneurysm every time I visit this location. I’ve given three chances and every time they fail. They ask you a minimum of three questions per item. It takes several minutes just to order a few things.I ordered a beef quesorito. Drive thru attended asked if I wanted extra beef and cheese. I said no, just the burrito. She removed every single item from the burrito on the screen. I asked why she did that and got an annoyed huff from her before a manager took over and restarted my order.When I pulled up to the window the attendant refused to even look at me. I was handed my iced coffee and it was full of to the top with ice and the coffee wasn’t even filled half way. I was annoyed at this point so I went elsewhere for coffee. I got maybe two gulps out of my drink.Every time it’s endless questions and a complicated ordering process. Will not be back after the final straw. So rude!
I went here 1/12/24 at 10:30 pm and ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. They were extremely thin like a hard shell taco. I know they should be rather large considering I’ve ordered them before and they are almost $5 each. I felt ripped off and hungry. I don’t recommend going here if you are hungry and /or value money.

I love this taco bell they never get my order wrong and they’re so nice!!Vegetarian options: You can pretty much get anything with potatoes or beans, it’s so helpful for vegetarians wanting to eat taco bell and still get protein!
