I went in last night. I asked for a crunch wrap, no sour cream and extra beef. I didn’t get the extra beef. I also asked for 3 Doritos locos tacos with no sour cream. And they put extra sour scream and also charged me for it. And I didn’t get my Baja blast.I even asked the chick at the window if they got no sour cream on everything and she said “yeah”So I won’t be coming back.

If you go in to sit down and eat, you have to use the kiosk to order. The menu is on the kiosk. The seating area was filthy. There were no clean tables, the floor dirty and garbage everywhere. Asked a staff member a question, and he was very rude. Won't go back.

They have a countertop and cashier but refused to help this old man and take his order forcing him to make an order thru the touch screen. I’ve had them take my money orders over the counter multiple times but now they claim they don’t do it any longer. Awful service to the elderly.

This Taco Bell needs to do better I ordered in drive thru one night & rolled tacos were hard as a rock & now I ordered tonight on DoorDash & potato’s are hard as a rock & all items were cold. I was an assistant manager at a Taco Bell & I would never serve food like that!
