Eden was one of the best waitresses we have ever had. She was very conscientious of our table and checked on us regularly throughout the evening. The food was amazing as always. My wife and I had the Elk and Lamb and my kids had the special, Filet Mignon and Lobster and everything was to die for :) So lucky to have such a high quality restaurant in Sandy.
Our dining experience at Tiburon was excellent. This was our first time at this restaurant after being recommended by friends, and it did not disappoint. Britney, our server, was helpful and kind. The mocktails were good. We appreciated that the meal was spread out, with starters, salad, and then entree. The New Zeland Elk was cooked to perfection, and so was the tenderloin. Thr spaghetti squash was divine and complimented the plate well with the smooth and light mashed potatoes. Great ambiance overall, intimate, quiet, and nondescript. We'll be back again.

Best meal I've had in years!!! Every course got better and better. Service was top notch. It was a bit expensive but the value in food and service was well worth it. Treat yourself to an incredible experience and go there.

Met friends for a nice dinner and our first visit to Tiburon. It did not disappoint. Excellent drinks. A red wine that is very very rarely seen in Utah restaurants, yummy starters and wonderful entrees. Lamb tenderloins!!! I've never seen them on any menu and have only been able to buy them in a few grocery stores. Soooo delicious!!!! This is a very good restaurant worthy of a visit if not frequent visits. Unique menu and each dish having excellent flavors and sauces or compliments. We will be back.

We picked Tiburon off of Google Maps since we were somewhat in the area. The 4.7 rating caught my eye. We were not let down the food steak and lobster, was beautifully prepared and presented. The salad was out of sight and we loved everything about the place.

Absolutely loved the food and service here. They brought out a little happy birthday sign and confetti for our table to make the celebration more festive. Everyone who came by acknowledged it and was so attentive and kind. The house salad is amazing, the steak and scallops were delicious and the cheesecake was outstanding. The only downside was that the restaurant is not designed for a quiet conversation with the table. The tables are very close, so the busier it got, the harder it was to hear our own party and easier it was to hear the conversations around us.

Our server’s name was Taylor and he was an absolute pleasure with the care, speed, and attentiveness in which he served us.The food was top notch. We ended up going with one of their specials (wagyu New York strip), and it was well worth the money. If you’re looking for a delicious meal with incredible service then look no further than this place.

Way overpriced for what you get. My fillet was rare even though I ordered medium and there was too much of the mushroom sauce on it. My favorite was the salad and bread. For how much they charge I would expect a much nicer ambience and more comfortable chairs.
