I have been to several different poke spots and tried many different restaurants that serve poke here in Utah (such as Savage Fish, Hearth and Hill, Laid Back, etc.). So far, I have been disappointed or let down.For me, there are a few things that ruin a good poke bowl... 1) it's too sweet and not savory enough 2) it's too wet or runny 3) it has bad portion sizes between the proteins and vegetables 4) or mushy rice or rotten fish.Luckily, this spot never seems to have those problems. It's the right amount of savory to sweet, the seaweed is not too wet or runny, and the flavors are on point! Overall, very delicious! I have ordered the ahi tuna and salmon with Sriracha mayo and everything that comes with it many times here, and I've always walked away very satisfied!Is it the greatest poke bowl you will ever have in your life? No. But, honestly, it's still pretty great! This is my go to spot now. I am still looking around and trying other poke spots, but for now, I always seem to come back to Uncle Sharkii's ??

Foods taste good. What’s really disappointing is that… it’s a poke bowl, but there’s only like 8 piece of raw fish and like 5 shrimp. Veggies filled up the bowls. Couldn’t see the rice, it’s buried under seaweed, avocado, corn, lettuce, etc..

A wonderful Poke restaurant in the mall food court. The area has a nice set-up and is easily accessible.The food is excellent and delicious and various options exist to make the menu fit to your desire.Parking: Location is inside a mall and has amble parking throughout.Kid-friendliness: Location is in the mall food court and has amble seating for all ages and food options for all ages.
The young lady working there made me feel really good about all my choices and was really lovely. I liked that I could order through the machine as well. They were fast and good.

I love poke, and this is okay, but not stellar, which is what one might expect from a mall food court. The best part is the seating area nearby that boasts a giant emoji video game and children's tables and chairs. It could stand a bit more cleaning, but otherwise it's a fantastic atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: My 2 y.o. even ate some, and that is unheard of. Kids love the seating and giant video game.

I have been to this place many times, but I must say that this is the worst experience I have had here. It's a classic case of why businesses don't succeed. The employees are not up to par and lack an understanding of business. This new generation of young workers seems to have an entitled attitude and feel unreachable from behind the counter. As a veteran, I am deeply disappointed by the service I received today. I could have taken my $20 elsewhere.

You have to wait. Like always.Nobody is greeting you, no one is behind the counter.Then you have to wait while they prepare your food. Regular place it takes 2 min, for them to - 10. Any person in line before you - you are doomed.
