I give service 1 start due to poor service from server, server forgot my sisters order which was a quesadilla and did not check on us until about 35 minutes later. Did not even apologize for forgetting my sisters order. Server also brought over the check and was avoiding my table due to forgetting our food order. I had to go ask another server if they are able to charge me so we could leave that server just left the check on the cashier table and took even longer for us to pay for our food and get out of there. Nobody apologized and just ignored us. The servers name was dalton.

I've been here over 5 times now. Food is good but the service is shocking. Tried ordering online 3 times but again service is poor. Each time I go, the owner/manager just sits at the bar and watches tv. Doesn't matter how busy it is. Done coming here.

Great food if they can get the order right. Second time in a row I got boneless wings instead of bone in like I asked. Their boneless wings aren't great that's why I don't get them. The phone also never works so I can't call and say hey can you make my order correct, nope gotta drive back up there.

This place can't even answer there phones on a Wednesday night... I'd hate to see what their service is like. Tried calling for about a half hour until they just left the phone off the hook and it went straight to voicemail. Seems real professional...
so I have doordashed food from Wing nuts multiple times and the bone in wings have been good. so on a Sunday I was looking for a place to get a drink and watch a football game. I go into Wing nuts, the bar is full, turns out it's all employees or friends of. (not a welcoming environment). I sit down I have to wait 10 minutes before I get a waitress, I order my food of course not wings so everything I got was burnt, bacon super extra crispy and black. the Buffalo chips, burnt all around the edges and if you've ever eaten something that has burnt on it that's the only flavor you get. then I watched one of the employees (just guessing he is an employee because of what and how he did it). get up from the bar, walked to the back and begin eating pizza in the food service area, they don't serve pizza and big No-No eating in the food service area. said employee then goes and pour's a beer off the draft hands it to one of his friends or other employee sitting at the bar then walks around the bar and sits back down also big DABC violation. no name tag and a few other violations that would get there alcohol permit suspended and big fines. few other things I can mention but my essay is getting long so, basically horrible experience.Poor service, burnt food and just not a welcoming environment. it's about the employees and their friends and not about actual customers.

They now close the kitchen at 9pm instead of serving customers. Sending customers away with the premise of an hour wait time.Employees off the clock hanging out and distracting said workers. What appears to be a manger distracting other employees with food and being in the kitchen while inappropriately dressed for service , I guess unless the dress code is pajamas.Super disappointed by the service at this location.
