Food was ready before I even filled up my soda! I got the chicken, tender meal, and it was delicious. Breaded and fried to perfection. The Zaxby sauce is incredible, and the atmosphere is great here. Great staff, great food.

Man... this location has gone downhill. It used to be delicious. Now I wonder if anything in here is even fresh. The service is so slow and always takes forever. It's a pretty good vibe if you go inside, but really, steer clear of this location.

I've been through here a few times and it's not always been the best, but I came near close on 3/21 after craving wings and MAN was I impressed. The food was what to expect but the guy taking my order, Gabe, had great customer service, was genuinely nice and thoughtful and helped make me night. Definitely worthy of a review. Thanks Gabe!

They're OK. I mean, I guess I expect more from a unique chicken place competing with Wendy's and Arby's and Chic-fil-A. The Asian salad isn't as good as either of their salads. It came with a barely-recognizable eggroll that looked like it'd been microwaved from sitting in a fridge from last Thursday. The rest of the salad is just blah. Not bad, not great. You need to make yourself stand out to compete with these big chains. You got my attention, now you're supposed to keep it. Maybe food quality in restaurants has gone down, or they don't feel much obligation to compete, or they don't visit their competition. Maybe I'll try a non-salad option next time because they have some items there different than the rest, but I won't be expecting much better than Arctic Circle at this point. Hopefully I won't just end up yawning every time I drive by this place.
The food is ok, not great. Not much of a real selection. Just chicken fingers and various types of wings. I did a take out and they forgot and item. I'll still go back when I want fingers.

It's a pretty good chicken place. I've been eating here since 2010 and have always enjoyed it. I do have some overcooked or misportioned meals sometimes but I love the variety of flavors available.

Just got a salad to go tonight and portions of lettuce were wilted/turning black (see below). Not edible, had to throw it away. Also order egg rolls and they didn’t come with sauce.

Every single time I come to Zaxby's in Sandy I order a 10 traditional wing and every time it's like eating beef jerky because they're so old.. you really need to check your change out times and step it up.

I tried Zaxby's years ago when I was in Atlanta and I wasn't a fan, but some people swear it's good so I decided to give them another shot. The location and drive thru is convenient and open on Sundays (oh Utah...) so I decided to grab some food on the way home. I got a chicken finger plate (4 fingers) and it was just as sad as I remembered it being all those years ago. The Texas toast is awful, and I don't even know how you can mess that up. Fries had nice seasoning but weren't great otherwise. The chicken itself is obviously better than a McDonalds nugget, but not worth it in my opinion. Same with the slaw, just okay. They didn't put sauce in my bag either which was kind of a bust. There are much better options out there for chicken finger meals, both local spots and national chains. I will likely continue to avoid Zaxby's unless I don't have any other option.
