Upscale limited menu that changes with the seasons. If you are a foodie you need to go here. Yes reservations, yes it costs a bit more but wow gourmet food and service. A hidden gem really.

PHENOMENAL. Food far surpassed my expectations. Service was perfectly on point and Brian was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and pairing suggestions. Best restaurant in the area by far.

We really enjoyed this quaint restaurant. Great service, we dined outdoor on the patio. We really enjoyed our meals which use local ingredients. I’d highly recommend for a nice dinner date.

Our last night in Santa Clara did not disappoint! We called 30 minutes ahead to see if we could make a reservation and Brian happily accommodated us. The food was amazing! My boyfriend said it was one of the top three steaks he’s ever had… and he doesn’t say that lightly. The Black Forest cake was a must. Brian was super friendly and we will definitely be back again on our next desert trip!

Missed opportunity on many levels, food was left unfinished, atmosphere awkward and also unfinished with broken chairs and plastic place mats. No feeling of bistro quality food experience. I really was rooting for Rylu’s but have to lower expectations to standard STG food culture.

Insanely delicious. The charcuterie nearly took us out - it was so good. They make a limited batch of focaccia that sells out most nights, so get their early if you can. Definitely recommend making a reservation, as tables are limited in their cosy house location.

A highlight dining experience in the area, everything was delicious and not standard fare. The labneh grape leaves and apple cranberry short ribs were an especial highlight. (Warning that the sweet potato gnocchi has a kick.) Charming old time ambience in a historic home, with fun wall art and local pottery dishes. Tables could use candles or a flower to warm them up.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options, but they were tasty. Harder to do vegan there.

Don’t want to review because I want this place all to myself. But it’s the best food in STG! The food was top class and I felt like I was eating in a restaurant in Vegas. In a good way. Haha The seating area is very limited inside, enough tables that take up an old-home family room and dining room. But I can’t wait to go back! More seating outside.

Best food in the greater St. George area and it's not even close.... I promise. Exquisite food, generous portions, personal feel and amazing service. I would give a Michelin star if I could

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Simple menu but not simple ingredients. All made from scratch.

What a hidden gem in Santa Clara! We had such a nice dinner for two later in the evening. I called day of and got a table at 730pm. Intimate dining room but not too loud. The food was delicious and server very attentive even though he was on his own that night. We can't wait to return! So happy to find a 5 star restaurant in southern Utah!

I cannot rave enough about Rylu's Bistro and hats off and kisses to the chef. Rylu's has now become my all time favorite restaurant ever..... not just in the St. George area but EVER! This little hidden gem has been one of the best kept secrets we have..... at least until Guy Fieri gets an email about this food! The quality is 2nd to none.... Fresh vegetables and spices grown onsite..... I came in a few nights ago and had the Apple Cider & Cranberry Braised Short Rib and it was heaven!!! Those wild mushrooms and carrots and Cranberry relish were flawless, smooth and creamy and made my mouth do a happy dance.... And then add on those homegrown pomegranates and it was game over! The short rib was tender and pulled effortlessly from my fork. My fiancé tried the Purple sweet potato Gnocchi with the red chimichurri, roasted sweet peppers and apples and I said I could be vegan if every meal tasted this good!!! I consider myself a foodie and I am a business owner, so I understand the value of a review as well as the accuracy and transparency needed. It's very easy to write a bad review if you've had a negative experience. Usually if my experience is bad I just don't return, but if my experience is fantastic I try to tell everyone about it. I don't care that it's small, in Santa Clara or in an old restored house. It's absolutely perfect! The love the chef puts into her food is felt with every fresh bite. I hope this talented chef stays in business a very long time. Side note: Don't be afraid to try the Lamb Cigars!! The flavors INCREDIBLE!!! $17 for an appetizer and meals in the $22-$39 range for this attention to detail, freshness and quality just can't be found! You'd have to go to Vegas to find food this caliber and to me it's gonna be hard to beat.

I tried this place once for lunch a couple years ago and was not that impressed; however, my wife recently wanted to go for dinner for her birthday and I am so glad she brought me back for a second chance. The food was fabulous with fresh ingredients. Perfect spot for an intimate date night and sharing dishes. Save room for dessert as well. Wonderful experience with a dinner menu you will not find in this area.
