This is now our 4th horrible experience with Little Cesar's in Santaquin. 1st time over baked pizza and crazy bread, 2nd time extra 20 minute wait. 3rd time placed order, over phone, was told it would be ready in 20 min. Got there and it was not ready, a few others came in with same issue of ordering we all waited for over an hour of or said 20 minutes for an hour and a half with no apology, nothing. Never got sent a notification that my food was done, like they always have. Then when I go in to check, I get gave dirty looks. And you guys have the gall to ask for tips in advanced. Anytime I give tips in advance like this time it always something goes wrong.

Great news store. Great pizza. The app to pre order pizza is not good. They have no record at the store of what you have paid for. I had to get into my bank account to prove the pizza was paid for minutes before I walked in. And the app said a free two liter pop which we did t get. The manager got mad at the kid helping me out because of all of it. Still it's a new store people are learning and it was no big deal. We are our pizza. And it was good for a couple meals.
