Made a mobile order and sent husband to pick it up for my birthday breakfast. He went through the drive thru and they asked him to go to mobile order where they told him they didn’t have the order. Called back to cancel for them to say it was at carry out and that it was ready now. Super disorganized and disappointing was looking forward to it.

It feels very cheap and is very poor customer service when you ask for something on your sandwhich, that is carried by your store, only to have the employees not do it and instead throw it in the bag for You to do. If I wanted that I would have just done it myself, not pay someone else to throw it in the bag.

Love chic-fil-a. My kids love the nuggets, I get the chicken sandwich which is always good. The Frosted lemonade is great. The customer service was awesome.
Had to update my review. This is the worst Chick-fil-A location. Whenever we do drive through or mobile order our order is messed up. They always forget salad dressing or toppings. They also consistently forget the kids meal toys. Its sad that the Saratoga springs curse even effects Chick-fil-A.

I had very high expectations due to the chik-fil-a in American Fork but I have been let down every time I go to the one in Saratoga Springs. I have been there 4 times now and 3 of those times I have ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and everytime they give me the regular one. It's not that hard, if you're going to insist on being the best customer service and people taking your order then the least you could do is get it right. I will also add, for those people who want to try and argue, yes I specify the deluxe and realize that the default is the normal spicy sandwich. After the first time I even clarified with the order taker "you got the one with the pepper jack, tomato, lettuce, etc" and he said yes. For the 3rd time I did the same thing and had someone with me who ordered it as well. We both, individually, asked the order taker to make sure it was the right sandwich...still got it wrong. Very disappointing

Plenty of parking and great employees. We came here for the 1 year anniversary and balloon launch. Unfortunately due to rain and weather they just got out the basket and burner, but the kids got to pull the burner lever and they had a blast. The balloon team was so nice and the food and restaurant was very nice and clean.
