My friends and family have worked here, the owners, Brittany and Tammy verbally abuse their employees. We found out through employees that they change expiration dates on their products to avoid losing money. On many occasions we have heard the owners verbally and emotionally abuse their employees. Don’t go here, terrible quality anyways.

Scam! They engineered the waffles to act as a shallow lid so the cup doesn't fill up with ice-cream. The cup served no purpose but to create a false appearance of a full cup. Barely got an 8 oz kitchen measuring cup's worth of ice-cream for over $7

Cold Stone really lives up to the hype. Having such a stereotypical food item, you would assume it would be boring. Nope! Cold Stone has so many flavors, in which all are yummy for the tummy. The service is pretty top-notch and usually has a quick line for ice cream. I could mostly go on and on about how good it is. The only problem is the maintenance. I've come to Cold Stone with in-store broken heaters twice, and it is not fun (especially on hot summer days), along with some unsanitary features. Besides that, this place is a sure pick for those who haven't had it, and is definitely recommended.

Great ice cream and they were super busy!I feel like if you don't get the waffle cone you are getting jipped though on size. My "Love It" size didn't even clear the rim of the paper cup and those who had the same size but in a waffle cup were wayyyy bigger.

Ty was fantastic. I have a pistachio allergy and the ice cream I wanted was beside it. Not only did Ty use clean scoops, he grabbed ice cream from the back and mixed it on a separate tray to ensure no cross-contamination. I don't think I've ever seen such great allergen precautions and it is such a relief to not have to worry about it. Ty was fantastic.
