Went through the drive thru order a item didn't realize it wasn't in the bag I went back to check the receipt and the item was not there either so I had to drive back just to get that specific item.
Lately hard shell tacos are either mushy or stale, not crispy and crunchy like they should be. I asked for fresh hard shells and still got mushy, non edible ones. Fries were cold again. Employees are friendly but I won't be back since this issue still hasn't been fixed.

It's grungy. Service is terrible. Food was meh. I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I get it that they're busy, but a quick, "be w you in a moment" is part of their training that I didn't get. The gal mumbled when I asked a question and then she sighed, stared at me, shifted her weight, and then annoyed replied again clearer.
