Red Fuego offers a captivating journey through Peruvian cuisine. My wife savored the Arroz Chaufa, a delightful blend of savory flavors and perfectly cooked fried rice. Meanwhile, the Apollo a la Braza stole the show for me, featuring succulent charbroiled chicken served alongside a medley of plantains and sweet potato fries, each bite bursting with flavor and satisfaction. I couldn't resist indulging in some of my wife's Arroz Chaufa, and the combination of dishes left us both thoroughly satisfied. The harmonious blend of ingredients and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience at Red Fuego.Parking: Ample parking in surface parking lotKid-friendliness: Family friendly with Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Main level

We stopped here for lunch and we were totally impressed! The lady taking our order was extremely kind and informative. She recommended the fettuccine and also the lomo saltado, and both dishes were excellent. I had never had the Peruvian yellow pepper flavor before and it was incredible. Both dishes were HUGE, so we could have shared one. Great meat and veggie portions, the rice was cooked perfectly, we will definitely be back to try more.Parking: Easy to find a spot, lunchtime on a Friday.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.

I've gotten sick of the same old foods when eating out, like: Chinese, Mexican, burgers, and anything fried. This place is a breath of fresh air, and I can eat there multiple times a week. Their food is very flavorful and nice for a change. I wish there were more like it. Staff is quick and friendly. The restaurant is very clean.Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly/ low carb chicken options, and I think they also have salads.

For my first experience I thought it was pretty good. The timeliness of the food was fast. Service was kind and friendly. The environment is clean and decor is simple but updated and nice. It seemed pricey but food was tasty although they were out of several dishes. Not a fan of my chicken being pink but it was tasty. I also was expecting more than what I had for the half chicken. The fried yucca was amazing and the passion fruit juice and ice cream super udelicious. I will come back to try the other dishes. I recommend.Parking: Plentiful accessible parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, entrance, and first level are accessible.

Great spot off Redwood Rd in Saratoga Springs. My wife and I love this place. We've had a few issues with our orders in the past, such as missing chicken. Management always came through and took care of us so in the end it was fine. I feel if there is an issue with an order and management takes care of it, then no harm done. We're all human and sometimes things happen. That said, we order here every few weeks and it's only happened maybe a few times. The Tallarin Saltado is our go to. During the week it's not too busy, but on the weekends it can pick up. The parking lot can get full so plan accordingly.Parking: The location shares the parking lot with other business's so it can get full on the weekends.

Love red fuego so glad it's here in Saratoga Springs. Peruvian Chicken and fries are a favorite.

Was a little disappointed overall. We came in around 1pm on a Friday. The place was pretty empty maybe two other small groups. The cashier seemed annoyed that we were there as a she took her headphones out of her ears. Ordered the fuego bowl which took almost twenty minutes to come out. Sadly it was very bland and just not what I was hoping for. The avocado was browning and mostly had to be removed. I needed to use two dressing containers and one hot sauce container to get taste to it. I may give it another chance but not high on my list sadly.

Incredibly expensive compared to other Peruvian food. Service was very subpar, and the food was well below much cheaper

Everything I've tried here has been delicious. The young woman taking orders wasn't very friendly so the service could be improved upon. Other than that, I highly recommend.
