I ordered chicken nuggets and it tasted like they scrapped old hamburger bits and grease into the frying oil. Nuggets should taste like chicken. They should not offer little crunchy unknown bits and taste like old hamburger.

They rarely get my order correct, and they almost never give me a receipt unless I ask for it. Even when I do get the food I ordered, it is frequently stale

At first I was surprised how quick the service was until I opened the food that I ordered. Cold and old and poorly put together. Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. I hope something changes in the future.

I go here because it's close and they have the best burgers around. But, it amazes me how they get the order wrong 90% of the time.

I have been eating here for 4 years. The food is always good. The staff is always top notch. I finally got a messed up order. The management immediately took care of it. They took responsibility and ownership.It's so rare to see a restaurant or any business act with complete integrity and be ethical.Employees and management are second to none.

Drive through was awful, very impolite and impatient, they acted annoyed as if I had wronged them as soon as I pulled up to the window, when I offered a coupon code she denied it, kept apologizing and saying sorry as though she assumed I was mad at her. Very strange would not recommend, better off eating

The food was fine and that is the only reason for the 2 stars. Nobody speaks English here. Also when dining in it took atleast 10 minutes for someone to help me order. They are very very focused on the drive through. The place was clean but the customer service is terrible.

Ordered two junior, bacon cheeseburgers without bun they gave us chicken nuggets, and fries. I am low-carb. So cannot eat thisso we go ask them and then they give us just two cheeseburgers with buns and no junior bacon cheeseburgers for 2 nd time . The food was stone cold and disgusting. Corporate needs to get down here and fix the store. It’s ridiculous.

I went through the drive-through. After we paid they had us park, even though there wasn't anyone behind us. We then waited 20 minutes for them to bring us the wrong food.
