Ordered on app. We were there within two minutes after ordering our house is only 1 minutes away from Arby's. This is not the first time this has happened or I would have just let it slide the Fry's were cold and hard as a rock! Had yucky burnt breading from something else mixed in with it also. I love Arby's. It has always been a favorite for me. However, everytime I have been to this location, there is always something wrong with my order. They either forget and I have to go back or they get the completely wrong item. It's frustrating! I'm willing to continue to give them a try but it's hard when it's every single time! Slow down and check the orders before you give it out!
