I ordered a Meat Lovers and a order of bread sticks, I was given the wrong Pizza and I called and complained.They were going to remake my Pizza and deliver it, well a hour later Still No Pizza. Called again. This time they were going to refund my order and add 20 to it.Not impressedI used to really like Pizza Hut!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and it was not cooked completely the stuffed crust was still cold, I also ordered cheese sticks, and I didn’t get my marinara sauce for the dipping which when I ordered online said it came with 1 sauce. Not happy, will not be coming back.

I'm a truck driver. I tried to place an order for delivery and was told they don't go 9 miles away from their store even when I offered a $20 tip. I'm assuming who ever answered the phone didn't ask the drivers if they wanted to take the order. I had to disconnect from my trailer and bobtail to pick up my order. I was at casper ice cream btw.

Impossible to get ahold of due to hanging up their store phone. Frequently outsources their delivery to doordash and then never receive the order.Now I can't get ahold of the store for a refund. Out of $50 and dinner for tonight, I guess?

Question, if you add a tip to your order and want it delivered, who are you expecting your tip to go to?Let me explain what this location is doing with your tip. When you place an order over the phone or through their website, pizza hut will sometimes contract out your delivery to Door Dash. If you tip ahead of time, pizza hut has complete control over your tip and WILL keep it for themselves. Your driver could be wondering why you didn't tip when in fact you did tip and meant that tip to go to the person who delivered your pizza.Man, that's a lot of "tips" in one paragraph.....

I called to order delivery, and a call center answered and took my order. They got the city/zip code wrong even after I repeated it multiple times. The driver called me from a different city all together asking where I was. Neither Pizza Hut location could rectify things, and now I have to figure out if the charges were cancelled. On top of that, I find out that they don't deliver to my city.
