Food was good, but service was poor. The employee taking our order seemed like she was having a rough day. She was curt and snappy and ended up making quite a few mistakes on our order. When I asked her to correct the order she got defensive, blamed me, and still didn’t get things right. I get that we’re all human and sometimes we just have bad days, but this was a really sour experience for my family and I.

I absolutely love the Astro Burger with pastrami.They have gluten free buns and gluten free fries that are cooked in a separate fryer. It is not listed on the menu, you just have to ask.Dietary restrictions: They are careful with gluten free-- I have never had a problem. Ask for a gluten free bun (extra charge) and gluten free fries (same cost but they cook them in a separate fryer).

Spent $30.00 here tonight for dinner. WORST SERVICE ! Ordered double cheeseburger and got a bacon cheeseburger. Bacon was undercooked and almost raw at the ends. Patties looked like polka dots of raw meat. Ordered fried mushrooms, 4 mushrooms and a bag of stems. Fries were just as terrible! Ordered a strawberry shake, not even mixed and full of syrup. Asked for a coke and got a dr.pepper....... The person at the drive thru just kept asking what next immediately after every item. No greeting at the speaker or window. Called them and they wanted me to bring the food back for a refund? I live 6 miles away...... I have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades , Tonight was the last time I go to astro burger!
