I’ve ate at the place many times before and the customer service was awesome and the food was fabulous so I came back a year later To have lunch with my daughter and show her how wonderful they were. Unfortunately The staff has been switched over, The customer service was horrible They were not accommodating nor kind, and could not get my order, correct. as a prepared my order, all they did was talk on the phone and text why touching my food very un-sanitized more so it says they provide Wi-Fi to customers when I asked for the Wi-Fi pass. They cannot provide it and told me they did not know it will not be coming back here never again at least at this location, if I could give you guys a -2 stars I would.. definitely need proper training and to do better. I was very disappointed in them and their service
The food service and atmosphere at this location is wonderful. It's very much like a Chipotle and you can have burritos, burrito bowls, as well as nachos and much more. It was a very clean location and I really enjoyed the burrito that I got while I was there.

I ordered the veggie burrito. Hardly any veggies. Just $9 for a few scoops of poorly cooked rice and a mere sprinkle of black beans :(Enchilada sauce was not good.The only good thing was the guac.I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be good when the parking lot was empty at 12:30.

The WORST EXPERIENCE i ordered today 8/9/23 online on their app at 12:20 pm it said the food would be ready today at 12:54 pmThis was for my bosses birthday and he was here from out of town.I arrived at 1 pm to give them a bit more time ONLY for them to tell me they didn’t realize they had an online order then she started going through papers and found it.She wasn’t apologetic, she didn’t rush my order she didn’t even offer at least chips or salsa for the inconvenience l.I waited around for 20 minutes during this time she was still taking other customers orders vs making mine.The audacity this is the first time I’ve been to this location and the last.On top of that - my bosses food was a hot mess. It was all over the place needless to say our department birthday party was ruined.They order was also wrong for many of my coworkers.$160.00 for worst service, food was wrong super angry. They didn’t even offer at least chips or a drink NOTHING.

Their grilled chicken and beans are delicious! Outside seating is a nice feature as wellI wish they cooked their fajita veggies well done so that are soft or had picadillo and had limeade and dessert like a cookie or churro on their menu. Albondigas or chicken posole/caldo would be a nice addition as well

Always have been a big Barbacoa fan since its introduction to Utah. I was very pleased to find out that this location has a drive through which I was very excited for. I’ll definitely be going here on the regular.
Went at a not busy time. Good food in general. Alot like cafe Rio. Cozy eatery! Was not impressed when I got up to throw my tray away and saw the staff pretty much making out!

First time here and I had the steak burrito bowl. Little to no flavor, was very bland even with hot sauce added. However the drive thru was very quick, and customer service was great.

Very disappointed with the size of my salad. I ordered a large and I really got gipped here! I paid 12 bucks and extra for streak I don’t even see the steak in my salad. I prefer cafe rio!!! I even asked for extra lettuce lol

Barbacoa is so delicious! The serving sizes are great and I never walk away hungry. I also love this specific location because it’s not too far away from the freeway!!
