If I could rate this zero stars I would. This has got to be the most HORRIBLE customer service ever. I called for help with an online order, was told he could not help me. I placed my order for pick-up later that day. He calls that the order is ready and I didn’t add notes saying I was going to pick up later. All for which he failed to mention when he told me he couldn’t help with my online order.I don’t even know what to say, because the employee proceeded to yell at me in broken English and did not understand a word I was saying.If this wasn’t something for an event I would never order again.Shame on you- learn to treat your customers right.

We love Big Daddy’s Pizza. There is one issue, everytime we call, they say it is the South Jordan store. The Riverton Store is NOT South Jordan. This is confusing because we keep thinking it is a different store. If your business is in Riverton, you shouldn’t be answering South Jordan.

You can't beat the prices there either its great pizza for a really great price.The Bubba breadsticks are our favorite and we also love the Barney Fife, cheese, pepperoni, and chicken pineapple. Everything we have tried has been wonderful! This is where we go for our once weekly pizza night!

First time ordering from this location, superb just like the 6200 S shop.
Big Daddy’s gets a 3 because it’s nothing special, but that’s also what makes it special. It is Utah’s closest equivalent to a Waffle House in my opinion. Some of the restaurant staff is always smoking out front, there’s always something weird going on with some of the customers, and the vibe in the restaurant is just strange. But that’s sorta how it’s supposed to be. You can always depend on big daddy’s for cheap food, and that’s what makes it good. It’s nothing special, but it doesn’t mean I’m gonna stop eating here. Their $5 to go pizza helped me through a lot of days in college. Cheers to Big Daddy’s!

Everytime we order from them my pizza goes missing. This last time I asked them to remake my order as I never got it but I told them I wouldn't pay for a new pizza when it was their fault it didn't get to me in the first place then the manager got on the phone and started yelling at me. I'm completely let down by this location and how it's run. Seems like a time for new management and a new delivery system.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Daddy's Pizza in South Jordan and overall, I was quite impressed. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere with a fun, casual vibe that made it perfect for a night out with friends or family. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.Of course, the real star of the show here is the pizza, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pies. The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the "Meat Lover's" pizza, which had a great combination of sausage, pepperoni, and bacon.In addition to the pizza, the restaurant also offers a variety of other menu items, including salads and wings. While I didn't try any of these myself, they looked delicious and I would definitely be interested in giving them a try in the future.The only reason I'm giving Big Daddy's Pizza a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is because I did find the prices to be a bit on the high side. However, given the quality of the food and the overall experience, I do think it's worth the price for a special treat every once in a while.Overall, I would highly recommend Big Daddy's Pizza in South Jordan to anyone in the area looking for a fun, casual dining experience with great pizza.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
