Tonight I celebrated my 60th birthday by going to my favorite sports bar/restaurant. I was very excited, I've been going to this place for many years to watch my favorite sports events while enjoying a good meal. Tonight it all ended in disappointment.It was busy night. While we were seated promptly, our server was unable to take our drink orders, which was to be expected given that the place was almost full. In the end it took 45 minutes before we finally ordered drinks. We could have ordered our food right then but were not given the chance.Finally, almost 30 minutes after we ordered drinks we were able to order food.We didn't complain, but it began to feel excessively long. When our food began to arrive one plate at a time, it was also odd that we had no utensils to eat with or napkins to wipe our hands with, so I got up and found a server that could help, since our server was not to be found. Some of the orders were mixed up with other tables, but we got a good laugh out of that and didn't pay any mind nor complained about it, we were too busy catching up to worry about that.Our server never came back to check on us or to refill our drinks. When we were done eating and were waiting for our checks, we decided to take some pictures to remember the event so we proceed to clear some of the plates, since no one offered to do that for us.Our server finally came to check on us for the first time, bringing checks in hand to collect payments. We passed them around but were puzzled when none of the checks matched what we ordered. We began to ask questions to see if we could figure it out. Finally we gave up and flagged the server over to our table. She was very upset at our questions and without any explanation informed us that she was going to have to have the manager talk to us and sort out the problems. What problems? We didn't know, since all we did was point out some inconsistencies with our bills.Two young men came to our table. They approached each of us and we explained the inconsistencies. One of them was very nice and apologized for the confusion and indicated things would be taken care of. We were not trying to create a scene, we simply wanted to clear things up.The other young man felt indignation for our questions but said he would help fix things. He came back moments later with more issues since he did not understand the original problem and only made it worse. When we pointed out his mistake he accused us of being disrespectful. He left again and moments later he returned with someone else, a woman who right away told us we had to leave the premises because we were being rude and obnoxious. That remark cut deep since all night we were neglected by the staff. No matter, we just wanted to take the party somewhere else so we asked for our cards back and began to get up to leave. At this point she, the sour looking woman in charge proceeded to threaten to call the police if we didn't leave. She said this out loud for the entire restaurant to hear. None of us consumed alcohol with our meal, so we know we weren't loud. Nevertheless we were accused of it. At this point we were fresh out of patience so we made a big deal out of the mistakes made by the staff, the lack of professionalism on behalf of the managers. We never demanded special treatment, not even service with a smile. But courtesy is expected at a restaurant. Now we were being the object of ridicule and embarrassment. It was the perfect end to a terrible experience. Happy birthday to me!

I’d give 0 stars for service if I could. To start, it took us 20 minutes just for someone to come to our table. We didn’t get half the things we asked for, and had to keep asking to get it. My drink came in a dirty glass that had someone else’s lipstick on it… like what??? Four different people served us, and our actual waitress came to the table twice, and we were only met with attitude from her. We waited 20 minutes just for our check, got the wrong bill, and in the end I’m pretty sure we got charged too much because we never ended up getting an itemized receipt for what we paid for. The only good thing was that we left with food in our tummies, but everything else sucked. Only expect good service if you’re drunk and handing out money, honestly. I don’t normally care as long as I get my food, and I’m nice to those who work service. But it’s not hard to treat people with kindness and respect.

Horrible experience. Drive to the draper location to be treated properly. Staff is very inexperienced and management sucks. Pure trash, tried to say this is a sports bar and grill haha it's buffalo wild wings, not my first rodeo.. with the amount of reviews this place should be shut down or investigated...

I love this place, they treated me with so much trust and friendship. It is a place that treats us like family. And the restaurant's boss, Greg Smith, is a treasure. They tell me his name is Zesty Daddy Supreme, he is a very kind and fantastic person. I loved the Elvis music they played in the restaurant! I can't wait to bring my friends to eat here. Come everyone!!

This place is so amazing. I literally want to come here everyday because everything about this place is awesome. Shoutout to the general manager and to Andrea. The manager was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Anyone who complains about the place is a weenie. 110/10 I would recommend coming

I simply cannot overstate how amazing this location is. From the great food to the friendly faces and outstanding services, it’s all phenomenal. Not to mention the general manager Greg, or should I say zesty daddy supreme. He went all out with friendliness and service to our party. Unlike any I’ve seen before. To me there are no other Buffalo Wild Wings locations to go to beside this one. Can’t wait to return and be treated like family. Take that Olive Garden.

We have been here before many times, and it used to be really bad, dirty and gross, but this time we came, the really nice Manager Greg greeted us at the door and made sure we were taken care of had a really great experience, not to mention our great server Andrea was very attentive and friendly, the food was nice and hot and came in a timely manner, I’ll make sure to continue to come to this location more often!!

Go to a different location if you can. This one needs major help from management or a new owner. Our visit was a takeout order so it gave us time to watch what was going on in the restaurant. Lots of people by the hosts podium but hardly anyone seated. The mouth full of food kid was sitting at a table with who I assume to be a hostess. A waitress said something to them and they moved over to the podium still talking amongst themselves for a bit when he finally decided to look toward the potential customers and say, “what do you need?” Really? It gets better, a guy who I assumed to be the manager was frantic. I don’t recall exactly what he was saying but I do remember one of the waitresses telling him to “get it together.” The person taking takeout orders was interesting. Customers would line to make their order and he would leave the computer and disappear in the kitchen, where we were seated we could see the takeout area and the kitchen. He just went in the back and stood there. Finally a waitress noticed the line and asked if the customers had been helped. When some said no she apologized and took it upon herself to take their orders. It is my belief that most of the employees are either family or family friends. If you’ve been to this location you know what I am talking about. Service does not seem to be high on their list of priorities.Originally I was not going to write a review on google. I decided to an email into their corporate HQ (didn’t know if this was a corporate or franchise location) and share what I just wrote. After a couple of days I received a boiler plate email from them offering me 1200 Buffalo Points. They didn’t even address anything I wrote in the email. So, now I’ll let google know.
