Wasn't to satisfied this last visit. I ordered the sourdough mushrooms and swiss melt with extra cheese, mushrooms, and onions. I received a mushrooms and swiss with no swiss on it. It was just their regular cheese. And then it had literally one mushroom on the thing with a little bit of the sauce. Then, no onions. I immediately returned to the restaurant to address the issue , and i was told they were out of swiss cheese. I wasn't even offered anything else. Im not sure if it was a manager i spoke to or not, but he was in charge when i visited. Definitely wasn't very friendly and did not meet my basic expectations for at least getting what i ordered or told they are out of an item i am ordering instead of replacing it with something different without even saying anything. If i had waited until i got home to find out, it wasn't right it wouldnt even be worth it to drive all the way back to get the correct item. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I have gotten home to find out something wasn't right. That's why i checked my order before leaving. I realize people make mistakes. But after this last time. Im done. I will drive out of my way to go to a different BK if i want anything. Definitely can't recommend going to the location that is closest to me.Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground level, the door and bathroom are wheelchair accessible
Service was great, food was mediocre. Not sure what’s up with the soda fountain but everything I got tasted off. Not sure if it’s dirty, old, watered down or what but their drink station is garbage.

When people ask to not have things put on their food and you put it on, do you understand the danger of allergies?I was 3 bites in before I realized what I tasted and lucky I had medication close by.

This is going to sound bad but up until recently this was our favorite Burger King in the entire state. The food was always fresh and the people were super nice (a few nerds and big Hawaiian guy)but recently there are new people working all three can barely speak English. Gets my order wrong everytime & food is cold. The guy at the window couldn't even say my total in English.

The food was terrible.I not only paid $24.00 and all I ordered were two burgers and a pie. Both burgers were impossible burgers one w/o tomato & mayo the other normal menu preparation. They even confirmed the order repeated back when I ordered and again at the window, and still they got it wrong. Not only that, the food tasted terrible! Overcharged & total garbage !

I love getting a burger after work on my 45 minute drive home just to open and see they messed up my order. Contemplating whether or not it’s worth it to turn around on a $12 dollar burger to sacrifice an hour of my time is ridiculous. Not only is it $12, A price for a burger at a nice restaurant , but it’s also gas money on top of employees who can’t even answer the phone or show consideration. If you want to charge $12 for a burger, I would suggest that you make sure the orders you push are correct. If not, allow me to take it to another franchise that you own so they can do your job better for you.

Where is GARY?! Every time I come here and Gary is working, everything is perfect and he seems like he truly cares about the business. When Gary is not there the food is subpar, cold in fact. And people seem to have different attitudes.

I went through the drive through and purchased a whopper and a kids meal when I got up to the pickup window the manager asks again what I ordered. She clearly didn’t remember. I paid and picked up the food but when I got home discovered she didn’t put the hamburger in the kids meal. I was going to call them and let them know but they didn’t put the receipt in the sack. I looked the number up but no one answered. My granddaughter was pretty upset that she didn’t get her sandwich. I drove back and the manager denied not giving me the receipt and burger and I could see the hamburger still sitting under the warmer 30 minutes after I ordered. I love Burger King but won’t go to this location again! Too bad!
