Garbage. Always one employee. Took 40 minutes to get our food and we were the only ones in there! Employees look like they are miserable (sorry *employee*). Mediocre food. Took some friends here and I was mortified. Shut this place down. I gave it a few tries but never again. Advice to the owners-go help your employees. Have some pride in what you do.

I got the teriyaki chicken bowl and the chicken was super cold. I let the staff know and they didn’t offer to make me a new one or a refund or anything. My brother got the curry ramen and wasn’t impressed. I’m upset I spent over $30 and wasn’t able to eat my meal.

This restaurant used to be a good place to go but now the staff is horribly rude. The cashier was very short with us and incredibly quick to anger. When our food arrived, it was cold. We also had to remind them of our order because they forgot about our dessert completely. Not coming back here, food was mediocre and the service was awful.

Good food, slow to get to us. We used grub hub and when we got to the restaurant they were signed out and didn't see the order. We've ordered another time with them and it took quite a while. Food is yummy though!

Yum!!! I ordered the ramen and it was delicious!! Perfect for a blustery day!! I had the chicken in mine and was so pleasantly surprised at how flavorful it was. The broth was a perfect complement. I highly recommend this dish. The service was great too and the restaurant was very clean. I will be going back very soon!!

I really wanted to like this place since it looked like a nearby place to get some ramen. Unfortunately every aspect of my experience here was bad. We paid over $50 for a meal that I barely ate half of. The Tonkatsu was ok, but the ramen was awful. Way too salty and no other real flavor. The pork in the Tonkatsu ramen seemed old. My wife and I both felt sort of sick to the stomach after eating here. Beyond this, the service was very meh and the seating arrangement and general layout made me very uncomfortable. They do have a small outdoor seating area which we tried, but then it started raining so we were forced to go back in to the cramped indoor seating. All in all I'm sad to say this is the worst place I've tried in Utah so far.

I placed a large order with multiple mistakes on it. The kids meal was missing fries and a drink. The karai miso I paid for extra corn and it had no corn. The tokyo shoyu I paid extra for fried chicken and did not get it. I called to speak to the employee and he said he didn't have any fries but was to busy to call me, when I asked him about the other mistakes he said he was too busy to talk to me and hung up. Rude and unprofessional.

Cafe yugo is my favorite restaurant!! I've tried many things on their menu and have never been disappointed. My favorite thing to get is the flaming tuna poke bowl. SO SO GOOD. My husband likes to get the Tokyo shoyu ramen. It's his favorite place to get ramen. The boba drinks are also DELICIOUS. Yes, the wait is often long. But it's because they take time and carefully craft every meal. Well worth the wait.

I'm giving 5 stars for flavor. I am picky when it comes to food and this place just had me wiggling of joy each bite. I ordered the Karai Miso Ramen and OMG it was soooo good. It had the right amount of everything and it was actually spicy, not like other places I have been that claim the ramen is spicy lol. I mean I do wish the staff was friendlier, but whatever, give me my food right and I will be happy. Also the boba drinks are on point! If you like ramen you will love this place.
Gluten free! They have a great selection of gluten free items and they tasted really good too!

Don’t go on your lunch break and if you order online don’t listen to the time they say it will be available because it’s not accurate. I ordered ahead of time and showed up 5 minutes after the time they said it would be available and still waited 20 minutes to get 2 things. The food is good. The service sucks.

I watched one worker continue to slide her hands through her head of hair. Other worker wipe his nose and continue to work. The spring rolls cabbage was soggy w/ oil . The noodles were terrible over priced for a pack of ramen noodles and no flavor . Took about 35 min to get order . There was 2 grub delivery pick ups no one in the lobby but self .

This place smells good and had quite the crowd on a Saturday evening. Both are good signs. Some were staying, many were getting takeout. We ordered and waited quite longer than we expected for food. But food came out hot and delicious. Tonkatsu rice bowl, Chashu rice bowl, and a taro coconut milk boba. Friends ordered sushi burritos that looked delicious. After the crowd left, we noticed that tables were no cleaned. It's possible that Yugo Cafe is short handed like everyone else and lacking staff to keep tables cleaned. We'd like to come back and explore more of the menu. Note that they have discontinued the Hainanese Chicken Rice- it is no longer offered as order ahead.

The food is NOT worth the wait. They have one person taking orders, making the food, cleaning tables, and delivering the food to the tables. The Asian fusion is not well executed and flavors are weak. I can accept the food flavors, but when I see someone making my food after they've taken a wet rag out of a tub of dirty water that is labeled "sanitizer " really grossed me out I don't know why this place is still open. I'll give it 6 months.
