I highly recommend not coming to this place. The only reason I even gave it one start is because of the cleanness. But for the price you and for the portion of food is definitely not worth it, last but not least I ordered the noodle steak and it came out cool. I could have made a better noodle bowl at home with my Roman noodles and steak.. THIS IS NOT IT AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

It's nice to have a pho place close to home and not have to drive 30 minutes to get a good bowl. Café Trang is in a small strip mall in suburban South Jordan, bordering Herriman. It's not the first place you'd think to find such a restaurant, but I'm glad it's here. Service is terrific-when the man behind the counter (likely the owner) learned that it was our first time, he happily oriented us with the menu and made some suggestions for my vegetarian friend. There were plenty of options to make us both happy. I enjoyed the pho with the beef broth and shrimp. The flavor was excellent without being overpowering. I appreciated having something warm on a cool spring day. They were also very accommodating and not rushing us even though we arrived about 40 minutes prior to closing time.

Cafe Trang Bistro is a spotless clean restaurant. The staff is very pleasant and are eager to provide great food and service. The chicken Pho tastes fresh, is well seasoned and not salty at all. The vegetables are crisp. After trying other so called Vietnamese eating establishments in the Salt Lake City area, I give this restaurant a 12/10. Week intend to become regular customers. The prices are reasonable

Management at night can be very snappy and was extremely rude to me once. I think he is the owner. We frequent here very often, but whenever I see the white Tesla parked out front where customers should park then I go somewhere else. People notice how you treat your workers as well. Be careful my man. This Guy just needs to trust the workers and go home. Seriously.

As a California native, my husband and I were always surrounded by incredible Vietnamese food. You guys, this is it. Authentic Vietnamese dood at its finest! ?We ordered their large chicken pho and the proportions were excellent! Lots of noodles to chicken and condiments ratio!Their shrimp spring rolls are large and come with a spicy peanut sauce that is an absolute dream. BY FAR, MY FAV!Their honey glazed pork sandwich was fire. We also got the cream cheese wontons and they were so crunchy and flaky! The sweet sauce was the perfect dip.Their bobas. Can’t even believe how delicious they are! Honeydew flavor was killer!Certainly coming back again very soon. We’re hooked!

The food is amazing! Pho tasted so good on a cold snowy night. Tried the Vietnamese egg rolls for the first time and they are delicious. Service is always great!

This particular location is very disappointing. I frequent it at least two or three times a month, but I am seriously about done patronizing them. Over the years they have continually reduced their hours. They are not open on Sundays. They close when they want to. They don't have a lot of the menu items available and now they have reduced their hours again but yet have not changed their signage or shut off their open sign. I can't wait until a decent pho noodle place opens up nearby, which would surely shut this business down.

I love eating here it is delicious! They have lots of amazing options. The service was awesome and the staff taking our order were very kind. We quickly got our food so not a long wait. Good for a quick, healthy, delicious lunch.

We ordered two kids pho with brisket, popcorn chicken, honey pork bun w an egg roll and a peach boba. Delicious! The kids pho didn't come with toppings, but there was plenty of sprouts to share from my bun. The popcorn chicken was really heavily breaded so we probably wouldn't order again, but the flavor of everything else was delicious. I guess cafe/bistro means disposable cutlery and dishware these days which I'm not crazy about but the portions were good. I would absolutely return!
