Patty was so hard and burnt I thought they accidentally slid some beef jerky in there. I opened my burger and my patty was literally falling to pieces. They didn’t even answer my call to request a refund.

Had a great experience even tho my order was wrong. They ran out to my car without me even complaining or asking for the correct order and gave me what I originally had ordered. Great service and very friendly.

We had the general manager Keller help us through the drive thru and I have never in my life had someone be such a jerk for just asking for sauce. It was completely uncalled for and I I was honestly worried he would spit in my food because of how much attitude he gave. I will never go back to this location because it was that terrible of an experience. However we had to pull to the front to wait for our fries and the worker that helped us Robert was so kind and so helpful. I just feel bad that he has to work with someone who is so rude. Robert gets five stars, Keller gets 0 negative honestly if I could give those.

Do not go here. The play area is a sauna because they claim the air is broken. The workers forgot items we ordered and were not kind. We were the only people there and they forgot to put fries in all of our kids meals and were only giving one sauce per meal. I will never go back to this location.

Ordered DoorDash. Burgers burnt. Vegetables tasted really bad. Even the poppers tasted gross. I have never disliked a Carl's Jr. but this location is just so bad. I got sick from eating a few bites of the burger and spent the night puking it up. It was so bad. I also asked for extra sauce and there was barely any and yet the burger was soggy. HOW?!?

Service was awful!I love Carl's Jr.They must be in desperate need of employeesTo had qualify a manager by the name of Regina.She had no customer service skills whatsoever she is clearly in the wrong fieldMy order was wrong and she pretty much turn around and close the drive thru window on me I was out of luck. No apology just plain rude.For a moment i thought i was in a ghetto area with her nasty attitude.Carl's Jr really need to pay attention to who they hire. Regina sure knows how to tarnished a good restaurant experience.

My husband and I live out of town. We stayed the night and decided to stop at Carl’s Jr. for breakfast. We went through the drive through and the lady taking our order seemed to have a very bad attitude with us. Then at the end of our order we heard a male yell over the speaker “F*CK YOU”. We decided not to complete the order, as we were pulling forward we heard the male who was previously yelling, screaming “F*CK YOU, YOU FAT MOTHERF*CKER.”

The guy working was so kind. He held open the door, waited patiently as we decided on and ordered our food, then brought it right out and returned multiple times as we asked for sauces and ice because the ice machine was out. This guy deserves a raise?

The customer service here is cheeks ???Walked into the store and saw no workers and after a few minutes they all walked out of the same room. Gave the cashier a $5 dollar bill and this dude was inspecting it like it was fake $100 bill. Just cuz we are brown, I guess he has to make sure we are using real money. And he charged my friend for two fries when he asked for one. Food was mid af.

Worst customer services ever. After going back to request a refund the supervisor had a nasty attitude during the whole time. The care more about keeping up with their drive thru time, than keeping up with their service and food quality.
