The chicken bowl tasted like the chicken came right out of a salt bath. It was unbelievably salty. I don’t think they followed the recipe.

My husband and I went in a couple nights ago. The employees were so kind, friendly, and smiling. Daniel went above and beyond with his customer service! He helped us pick some new things to try and it was all phenomenal. Fresh, delicious, fully stocked food even though it was late at night. We definitely be back to this location.

This was actually the location in herriman me and three other customer sat for 10 min waiting while there was 5 people behind the counter two girls were helping at the registrar.But the three boys just sat and walked around looking at us multiple times as we just sat there not getting any help. Then when the girls were done they finally came down to help us which there was three other people who could have helped plus the worst service.Then because the girls were flustered trying to catch up cause the boys were not helping she did a terrible job making my burrito it was so small compared to normal. you could tell she wasn’t paying attention and rushing through it.all though she should have done it right. I could tell she was flustered and needed help.That’s should not have happened for having 5 people behind the counter and 3-4 people in line waitingThis was the herriman.So I got half of a normal size burrito and waited three times as long when there were more people on Duty than normal.I will never eat there again

I keep coming here because sometimes you just want a quick simple meal, but you kind of have to prepare yourself for the inevitable.While ordering online, 4 times out of 5 something is either wrong, missing, amiss, or laughable.Just now I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, which has a base of rice and beans. There was next to no rice, and the chicken was Carne asada. I had ordered extra vegetables, and it looks like they instead went light on the vegetables. I ordered guacamole, and there was a big scoop of it which was nice, but since so much was missing, there wasn't much to eat it with.It's like they either don't look at the order, or they run out of stuff and improvise while hoping people either don't notice or just don't say anything.It's more of a surprise when there's nothing wrong than the other way around.

We love Chipotle and eat at various locations, but this location consistently gets orders wrong whenever we order from the app. We stopped coming here for awhile and decided to try again and our order was still wrong.Portions were completely off. Things that were ordered light, ended up a regular portion. Those ordered as extra, got light. When you are counting macros for medical reasons, you rely on these ratios to be correct. We ended up throwing out much of the food since it was filled with stuff we couldn’t eat. It seemed like the employees didn’t even bother reading the order.

Every worker was rude & even had the manager with an AirPod in tell me well, we’re really busy so you’re gonna have to wait… meanwhile I waited 20 minutes past my pickup time while they prepared food for pickup that was due later than mine.

This Chipotle has great service. The food is delicious as always and they allow you to not pay for food you don't want but instead customize the foods you want in your bowl, burrito, etc. The place looks nice on the inside and outside.
