Just stopped by at 9:25 on 7/29/23 to grab some icecream. Hours state they close at 10:00 p.m. today. We walked in and 2 young girls told us they were closed. However they had 3 customers in line ordering already with 2 people sitting down eating in the lobby. Seems like the two workers were just trying to go home early on a Saturday night and it is extremely upsetting that we drove out of our way to get here just for them to be closed.

It's like every other cold stone I've been too. Good ice cream, it is expensive for ice cream, but it's fun to watch them make your own ice cream and blend the toppings into it. They don't have a ton of seating options, but it's great for a grab and go (which is what I like doing anyways). The service is kind of slow, but it's usually only 2 people with a long line, so patience is key. It looks pretty clean too.

Overpriced and basic. The service is SLOW AF. There were multiple people working and only two other people in the store that were already served. But it took near 20 minutes to get 1 chocolate shake and 1 vanilla shake. $7 each. Lol never again.

Super slow service. You have 3 very lazy teens who don’t want to be bothered with work meanwhile you’ve got a massive line and door dash orders not being made in a timely manner because they’re more focused on side conversations with each other. 3 people in front of me and I’ve waited 30 minutes for ice cream. . Long enough for me to make this post while in line. Was today pajama day for employees?!

Ordered and pre-paid for a cake but it was not ready or even prepared at all. We received an email stating it was ready for pickup at 4pm. At 5:45pm, cake couldn't be found and they didn't even have one available in the store. Clerk verified the order on my phone and double checked the store number. We were at the correct location. Clerk offered any cake in the fridge as well as a free 2nd cake. We really wanted the one we ordered with the writing that we asked for. We ended up late to our own party because the cake wasn't ready as promised.

Seriously overrated and massively overpriced. They’ve increased their prices significantly. Maybe it’s been a year or two since going but wow to spend as much here on a cup of ice cream as you would on a meal is insane. You can go to the store and buy 5x the ice cream for less than half the price! Also you don’t have to wait 20 minutes for one employee to scoop everyone’s ice cream in line ahead of you. (There was another employee but he couldn’t wait to get out of there and was putting chairs on tables an hour before they closed…)

**UPDATE: The owner got involved after the experience below, and we eventually got our cake. It was 5 days late, but they did give it to us free of charge. It was still frustrating overall, but at least we eventually got what we ordered and had the original cost refunded. The review was consequently upgraded to 3 stars from one. Ironically (based on the original experience), the girl at the counter didn't ask for a receipt when I finally picked up the cake.** Our office manager ordered a cake online a week in advance, and paid for it. She showed up at the designated pick-up time, and they didn't have it. The girl working there said sorry but didn't offer to do anything about it, other than offer a different flavor cake, which we didn't want, since we'd ordered a custom cake. Didn't offer a refund, or say they'd make it right away. We had to ask them to make it for pick-up the next day. They said they would, but when I went in to pick it up, and the same girl claimed that it had been picked up already. It hadn't. So either she lied, or gave away a fairly expensive cake to someone who didn't pay for it. (I asked if the person who picked it up showed her a receipt, and she said no.) She still didn't offer anything other than another flavor of cake. She did give out the manager's number, but the manager has not been responsive. I get that there are staffing shortages, but this wasn't that. It was the staff being underqualified and unwilling to fulfill orders--already paid orders no less. A refund is supposedly coming, but after wasting our time and leaving us empty-handed that's not enough. Any business worth their salt would take better care of customers. We could be bringing in repeat business, but instead we'll be going elsewhere.

EDIT***I was contacted by the owner and he made sure they made up for the mistake. New cake was made the following week.Placed an order on Monday for Thursday pick up. Went to get my order and was told it was not made. I asked why and all she could say was "I don't know". She said the night people did not make it but she did not know why. I found another option and asked for my cake to be made so I could pick it up the next day (Friday). Went to pick up my cake and they told me someone had already picked up my cake that I PAID FOR! Then they said "sorry". I was given the managers name and # (Amanda) but she did not answer but instead text back saying her phone was dead! I called corporate and was told a case would be started and I would be called to get my refund issued. I have not had any phone calls, I have not received my cake, I have not been given my refund and all I am being told is "I don't Know" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A CAKE FOR A SPECIFIC TIME! The Draper location was amazing. They tried to help me with the situation even though they were not a part of it.

Ordered a birthday cake three days ago. Received an email 13 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my cake that "Restaurant could not make order: no time to make the order." No one will pick up the phone.

Poorly managed to say the least. AND the absolute worst kind of ownership and management. They leave young people who this is likely their first job to answer to angry customers and then the manager won't even answer the phone to help them! So why am I angry? Two birthdays, two cakes. Over $100 spent and they have no idea when staff is coming to do the cakes that were supposed to be ready at 2pm today. They say maybe 5? Can you postpone your party? My wife physically went in twice to make sure they had everything correct and still no.... We weren't the only ones either. These guys literally don't care if they ruined your party. Eat ice cream here, I guess but don't let them ruin your day!
