Service is on. They weigh your meat now. Corporate greed at its finest. I don't want to come to this location anymore. Their is no reason to implement this. I also heard one employee tell another. "Easy on the rice.". He put one scoop on someones plate. Upper management needs to re think what is important. The customer.Employees were nice. That's what bumped it up a star.

I’m a CostaVida fan but this location is the absolute worst! Both times I’ve gone there they’ve gotten my order wrong and their food is terrible. They prompt for tips as well and the service is slow and no one seems to care about the customers.

The food potions are not appropriate for the price ....I've been a customer here since they opened , the food tastes good and prior to approximately 4 months ago..it was great but its not worth the experience

This is by far the best Costa Vida location in the valley. They have a drive through and they very rarely get anything wrong on my order (I am a very frequent visitor). Other locations almost always give me the wrong dressing or mess something up but this location is great! Highly recommend!

Asking for a Tip when we go through the drive-through is freaking dumb or any tip at that matter, it's fast food..Maybe the owner should pay out of their pocket for THEIR employees if they are doing a good job ??♂️Won't be back.

Not putting the lettuce core in with the chopped lettuce would be awesome. But the food was amazing, especially the Chilli verde...yumm!!
The food here is always fresh, the staff is amazing. Today I was in the drive thru and ordered lunch, when I got to the window the staff apologized for the wait. I actually didn’t have any problem waiting, the food was great! And I’ll keep coming back.
I ordered ahead online because I'm at work and only have 30 minutes for my break. It was a simple order, a sweet pork quesadilla and an order of chips and queso. It takes 2-3 minutes to get there and 2-3 back. So, I count on the pickup time to be correct. I arrived about 2 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready, then waited about 25 minutes for my order. So, not only was I late back to work, but I didn't have time to sit down and eat. I understand that things can get busy and wait times may take longer then normal, but if you are giving out pickup times that are nowhere near the time quoted, then the system is useless and you're just wasting everyone's time.... the customer and your employees. The employees were doing everything they could to keep up, but dealing with upset customers was really wasting a lot of time that could have been spent getting orders completed.

This visit the drive through was slow and my order was incorrect .
Burrito was super salty and this is all the pico de gallo given. This location was good for a while but it's been downhill lately.
