We've been coming to this location ever since it opened. But now for the 3rd time in a row via the drive thru, they again messed our order up. It's been causing us so much frustration that we may not come back. Do they actually care? Probably not, but I would hope they start paying closer attention to orders so that other customers don't keep running into the same problems.
I normally really like Culver's. I came through the drive through on a Friday night and waited for my order. When I got the food, it was already cold. The fries were crinkled cut which I like. This was my first time to this location. I'll eat here again, but they do need to make sure that they serve their food a little warmer.
