The service was fantastic. I went to order 20 fiesta packs for a school Event and they were very willing to help me. We got the payment figured out and they had the pickup all ready for me when I arrived. They helped carry the food outside my car and I am very grateful for their service. They always forget at least one item when we drive through the drive thru. Friday night, they forgot my kid's quesadilla. Two weeks ago, they forgot my quesadilla. Friday night, the churros were disgusting and old just like the tacos and tostada. A couple weeks back they forgot my husband's burrito AND churros. The cook this past Friday didn't even melt the cheese in our quesadillas. We used to love this Del Taco but after all this, I think they're losing us as loyal customers.

The literal worst Del Taco. Never open when they say they should be, went to the drive through 15 minutes after they're supposed to be open and no one answered to take my order, drove through the rest of the drive thru and looked in the window there was people inside just no one bothered to take my order.
