Ordered a pizza and breadsticks with marinara sauce, which cost extra. My wife's told them that it was delivery. Waited 45 minutes, and the pizza monitor said it was done 25 minutes ago. Called and asked about the pizza, the guy kept saying he would check on it and put me on hold. Whenever he would pick up the phone, he forgot what I had told him, completely. Ashley the 4th time, he hung up. I drove down and yelled at them, only to find out they had our order down for pickup. The manager was rude, but apologized in an apologetic way. Got the order and went home only to find it they left out the marinara. But still charged us for it. The breadsticks and pizza were cold and tasted like week old food.Never going back.

Pizza was great as always, but we had the worst experience with the driver/ delivery woman ever. We had ordered no contact delivery. But the driver refused to respect that. She wanted my teen to sign for extra tip. My teen was not sure what to do, so she did put a $0 in tip. The driver then gave her a scolding and told her”really” with rolling eyes and then told her that she delivered our pizza on a snow day!!! My teen is only 13!!! years old, and did not know what do do! You guys don’t know peoples reason not to tip, so worst experience ever. My teen was completely chocked!

The fellow that answered the phone was from India or somewhere other than stateside. He couldn't understand me and vice versa. He passed me off to someone else and after spending several minutes on hold, I hung up. I then called Papa John's for the first time. The service and the pizza was great.I used to drive for Domino's when I was in grad school and they were awesome. But the customer service we've experienced both in North Carolina and in Utah over the past three years has been abysmal. We're done with Domino's pizza.

We have lived in our apartment for a year and a half now and we have never had an order be delivered and be correct. Something is always wrong. I have never called to complain. Tonight we ordered two build your own pasta bowls like we normally do. 1. Marinara sauce, Italian sausage, olives, and shredded provolone and 2. Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, and shredded provolone, stuffed jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread, no bacon. This is our go to order. Bread always has jalapeños in it, which means I can't eat any of. Last few times my husband's pasta bowl had Alfredo sauce, and this time as well. Mine tonight had no chicken and bacon. I figured it was time to call. I called the store and the woman that answered stated she was the manager when I said I had a complaint. I said our meal was wrong and it isn't the first time it ..... cut off, she snapped at "What was wrong with your food?" I told her she never asked my name or address, she never apologized, she was not nice at all, she was extremely rude. I didn't know a manager at Dominos could make you feel like you did not matter at all, that your existence was nothing. She yelled at her crew for a reorder and then asked do you want a reorder? We'll I really do t have a choice now so I? Before I could get my answer out or say anything else she stayed it would be back out and hung up on me. We love the pasta bowls from Dominos but as long as we have to go through the South Jordan store we will not be ordering them any time soon. Here the part that gets me, I have been a general manager for Domino's and I know this is not how they would want their managers to treat their customers.

Last week I had essentially the same pizza at L C. I'm surprised to say L C was much better. I also prefer the marinara sauce from L C. It is far more fresh and they are more generous with what they give you. The sauce from Domino's was prepackaged and tasted like it. The value was also also far better from L C. Even the BBQ wings at L C were better. Last but not least they were pretty stingy with the toppings. Have to say I am very disappointed for what they produced in relation to how much I paid. Domino's is losing ground. Doubtful I'll order from this location ever again.

Oh crud! I was watching the 50% off TV ad and ordered delivery from the app... then I went to Yelp to check their ratings... ugh! Hopefully the Dr. Pepper will be okay. Will have final thoughts after it arrives but not expecting much. I can always fix it up if it's that bad. Time will tell... Arrived in 40 minutes from ordering online. The pizza looks and smells delicious First bite was hot and tasty. Salty, spicy and sweet with a great chew. The delivery guy was very courteous and efficient. I will be ordering from South Jordan Domino's again. Thank you for my delicious dinner.

I went to the dominoes at 11:30 pm on my way home from work and they had my order it really quick. The night staff was super friendly and ready to help me. The food was also delicious.

My boyfriend and I ordered from Dominoes. When we called the person who answered the phone was very rude. An hour and a half went by so I called and then they said they were on their way. The person who came to my door was rude as well. Then to find out it was the completely wrong order. Is there a way to leave a 0 star review?

Like others stated, if I could give ZERO stars I would. Long story short - do not order from here! Again, like others have stated, you will be charged, not get your food (at all!), not be able to get a refund without expending a ton of your time and energy, and they will never answer the phone. You'll have to escalate to the headquarters in MI and even then you'll just wonder how they are still in business.
