We placed a large order of 23 sandwiches. We were told they would be ready at 12 pm. When I arrived I was told that it would take 30 minutes to fill the order. When I returned I was told it would take 10 minutes more. After 15 minutes I took what was ready. Only to return a third time to pick up my order. It was an hour later than I was told. The employees were talking about why anyone would take an order of 20 plus sandwiches. Overall it was a poor experience that removed Firehouse from receiving any more business from me.

Good food, average service and the lobby was a disaster. Every table was dirty and remained dirty the 45 minutes I was there. Food all over the floor and the coke machine was dirty. The bathroom needed attention too.

It's just slow. Food was fine not great. It seems like the only way to get fast service here is to order online because that seems to be where they prioritize. I waited almost a full 15 minutes just for one sandwich.

After placing my to-go order in person, it took more than 25 minutes to get my food. When I opened my sandwich less than 5 minutes after receiving it, the bread was completely soggy, as if they hadn't even toasted it. The soda machine was also out of half of the options. I was very disappointed with this visit, especially with how expensive their prices are.

We loved our sandwiches here. My wife is pretty picky when it comes to sandwiches, but she genuinely loved hers and wanted to go back again a few days later. Which, we did.The staff was also friendly and courteous. Highly recommend firehouse subs.
