Not quite the best sushi you can get in Utah, but pretty close. Good bang for the buck. Try the Playboy and Vegas rolls. Spicy Edamame is good too! Beautiful decor and atmosphere.

Been here multiple times because the sushi is actually pretty decent. Today I placed a pickup order. I was told 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I have paid and waited 20 minutes for the order. Not okay

I got the sunset roll and the potstickers from Hokkaido sushi bar delivered by GrubHub to my hotel. The food is amazing, The delivery girl was very nice and I want to be her best friend, but the best thing about this order was how much freaking ginger they put in the little cup with the wasabi. Like, for real, look at how much ginger they put in this cup. I have never in my life been served enough ginger to go with my sushi until today. I am astounded with the service I have been delivered today. Thank you Hokkaido sushi bar. Because of you, I know dreams do come true.
The fish was not fresh the Escalar was bad when it got to our table. It took them over an hour to get us a simple sashimi dish and a salad. Do not waste your time or money. I would give them zero stars if I could.

It's located in a little strip mall, but the interior is cozy and well decorated, with amazing woodwork on the bars (they have a sushi bar up front and a drink bar) which I wish I took pics of. They also have a patio seating area! They have a new manager who is going to bring some fresh changes to the menu! The chefs are great and will most likely be down to make special rolls for you on request - Jeff, Theoky and Sam are all great.

One of the best sushi places in the valley. The service was quick and the food was fresh. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for great sushi for a moderate price.

We ordered the Hidden Dragon. It is supposed to be served in a live flame but never saw it. It was really good though We also ordered 2 Donburi Bowls -one was Hawaiian chicken...really good - the other one was Teriyaki steak. I was a little disappointed with the steak since I wish it had more flavor. Give a lot of credit to the only guy working there. I'd totally suggest to clean the windows inside. They had a bunch of kids hand prints and a lot of dirt. That didn't give a good impression.

Came here for my Birthday and it was Amazing! The food was so great my expectations were high but obviously not high enough. The food Tasted so good. The Staff were extremely Nice. They even gave a complimentary Mochi Ice Cream for my Birthday. I will definitely be Coming back soon.
