We have ordered from here several times, but the last three times the customer service has gotten worse & their pizza is poorly made. I came in today after ordering online and my order was not correct. I came inside to get my order corrected and the lady had the worst customer service. She wouldn’t even admit that my order was wrong or offer anything for their mistake. So I waited another 25 minutes for my correct pizza, which ended up being very poorly made. Also the pizza they made wrong, she took from me and said they were going to throw it away after I offered just keeping it so it wouldn’t be wasted. She said I couldn’t have it and she was throwing it away.

Manager is totally uncooperative with allowing modifications to orders. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered a Slices-and-Sticks pizza. I was told it would be 15-20min. That's totally understandable, I pulled up to pay and asked if I could also get a Crazy Bread cooked well done. The GM told me that there wasn't a possibility of that and that my Crazy Bread would burn. He was very unprofessional and wasn't interested in my business. I won't be coming back.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. The customer service here was horrible! We ordered online and booked for the wrong time on accident. The app told us to call them so we did, multiple times and the calls were ignored. The mailbox was also full. We ended up picking it up earlier than expected, but still an hour late due to not being able to cancel online or get in contact with thid location. When we walked in we waited to be helped for 5 minutes before opening the door again (to ring the bell), we waited another 5 minutes with no help. The phone was ringing and all the employees were ignoring it. There was a handful of people in the back just standing there. There were also young children running around in the back (which is not only dangerous for them, but also unsanitary for customers.) Once we finally got helped I went to ask the worker for sauce and he just walked away, back to the back ignoring me. It was horrible serive especially for spending $85 and the food being cold.

Quick and easy hot n ready drive through. You can also order on the app ahead of time. The extra mostest more pepperoni & chess are worth the extra buck. To perfect it, get crazy crust all over.For those of you who don't know. That's the crazy bread garlic buttery goodness all over the pizza... yummmmmmm. Or just get in on the crust. Either way, it is delectable!!!

The Hispanic, tattooed man at the window was extremely rude and really just had a sour attitude. I understand not being chatty in customer service because you may have had a bad day, but to be rude for no reason is not acceptable. All you have to do is hand me my pizza! I’m not even asking for a smile but you should be able to be a decent human for a 2 second interaction.

These guys suck at making crazy bread. I've been here multiple times thinking it can't be bad every time, but they never put any parm cheese on the bread like other locations do so it's basically just dough every time.I ordered online and requested extra crazy, thinking it might be different this time and nope, they still suck at making crazy bread.
A Hispanic man that works during the day is very rude to DoorDash drivers! He purposely doesn’t give customers their food when it’s ready until he wants to, he makes people wait OUTSIDE while the pizza is ready sitting in the warmer until the time it’s “supposed to be ready by” which is ridiculous and such a waste of time for drivers trying to work!! I don’t know his name but somebody in management needs to know about this and do something about him!

This store has messed up my order multiple times, shame on me for not checking I guess. I have not left a review till now because usually the mistake leave the pizza edible however this time the pizza looks like it’s been sitting a long time. If you work here and read this just do better, especially when the order is right in front of your face and your business is dead during the hours I came in.

I ordered chicken wings and stuff breadsticks.. the chicken was so salty it was ridiculous, idk who makes them at this restaurant but I will not returning here ever. Not only for that but the piece of pork of a manager is rude as h*ll.. we were working in the parking lot and he tells us to wait outside.. in 44 degree weather then when we pick up our food, we tell him thanks for kicking us out and he says F**** YOU.. he's so lucky I was on the clock. This establishment is far from professional and a disgrace to the other good establishments like it.
