I couldn’t be more disappointed. All the serving plates were almost empty with really old food. The rice was dry and burned so it formed chuncks of burn crunchy rice. The chicken was so old that it was chewy with no crunch at all. There were 2 staff members “working” thought it was really only the one lady taking and preparing orders, and 2 other staff members outsider the store just chatting. It’s not like I came at a bad time, it was noon. I don’t recommend this location. Go elsewhere.

For the past three times that I've been to this location they never have what I want to order ready. It's the noon lunch rush, it isn't very busy at all, and the restaurant is fully staffed. What's going on? Definitely won't be back.

Staff who helped up was so friendly. I gave them the wrong name for an order and confused the staff but they were so helpful and patient.Food was great too!Whoever was working the drive thru Saturday night 1/20 was awesome.

I have been to hundreds of Pandas locations & this one by far is the BEST! They were soo kind! Super fast & friendly! Brought out samples & asked how our food was! They even opened the doors for us as we left! They truly care & took such great care of us! That impressed us we had to leave a review. Thanks everyone!

The chow mein had barely any noodles the rice was hard and undercooked the orange chicken was alright but every other panda express has better the honey walnut shrimp smelt funny and tasted weird. I Do not recommend this panda

They need to learn how to tell time, your 8 minute wait time when I am the only one at the location should be 8 minutes, not 15 then when asked the response being only like 5 more minutes.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about, but all I can assume is that they are outdated. I don't normally take the time to go out of my way to compliment a "fast" food restaurant (although I should when it's deserved), but my experience today has definitely compelled me to do so. I ordered online for pick up and noticed my order was not completely correct once I got home. I had promised my kids a "treat" and was a bit torn as to whether or not I wanted to drive all the way back or not, but when I called, someone offered to deliver us our order. I was blown away at how fast and polite the service was and I believe it was the manager that delivered it himself. Honestly the service alone will bring us back to this location in particular. Happy kids = happy mom =)
