I've eaten at a lot of Chinese food restaurants in my day, and this one is hands-down the absolute worst -- and that's saying something. I recently ordered their General Chicken and Beef with Broccoli and the two dishes were literally inedible. The meat was so dry and tough, it was like trying to chew jerky. I could only get through a couple bites of each before tossing the whole thing away.Chinese cuisine can be complicated, but a lightly breaded and fried chicken dish shouldn't come out this hard to eat; and beef with broccoli is a standard that should come out tender and moist.I'll never order from Rice King Express again. Anybody who's given this restaurant a 5-star review is either on drugs or paid.

I ordered through a delivery service, the food came quickly and was hot. The pot stickers were good, nice and crispy. That's where the good experience ends. The fried rice was so bland and overcooked it was disgusting. The Pon Pon Chicken had little flavor, just some bitter notes. I have never met an eggroll I didn't like, until today. The inside was a slimy mush, I had to spit it out. It has been a while since I have been to Rice King Express (when they were in their older location), I don't know if something changed with the recipes, but this was not good.

First time trying Rice King Express tonight & we were excited as our family loves Chinese food! We had a small incident & called the restaurant & they made sure to take care of us. They replaced all of our food which says a lot about their service! The food tasted fresh & was hot & had great flavor! We will be coming back!
