WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i wish i could zero star for my recent visit experience. I went to this restaurant to have dosa at 9:30pm and the guy who was at cash counter looked already mad at us because we went to eat half an hour before closing. He served us food, this time it was tasteless and sambhar was cold as ice. We finished our food and cashier came to get payment, i didnt tip because the food wasnt up to my expectations. Cashier confronted me that why i didnt tip and i said its my wish and you shouldnt say that. He started arguing badly and complaining about my visit at 9:30pm.I told him u lost a regular customer and he started arguing badly until i left the door. Owners, please check ur cameras at 10:00pm.I am letting everybody knows at my office and everywhere not to come here and won’t ever come to any of saffron valley location. I have been coming to this location from last 5 years.

The coconut korma was absolutely incredible. The tikka masala was also very delicious. Both had incredible range of flavor but weren't super heavy like a lot of Indian food. The atmosphere is cozy and eclectic. The service is average. The proteins were dry and tasted like they're purchased pre-prepared.

Worst service with no customer satisfaction.We ordered for chicken fried rice and Delhi chaat.As per their menu, Delhi chaat clearly states it has potato, they also catered Delhi chaat with potatoes.This time when we visited, it was not present in the food and the taste was bad, when asked for it he simply took the same plate chopped potatoes and put , totally unhygienic, dint bother to give a new plate .Second one with fried rice, which was absolutely pale with no salt or any flavors and chicken not cooked properly when asked for it,they simply added extra salt which became inedible.Worst experience . They value money and not customers.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant. I live in LA and eat Indian food fairly regularly. The service was excellent and fast. I appreciated that the service was non-intrusive and anticipatory of my needs. It additionally seems like a great place to order take-out because the food was ready so quickly.
We went here to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. We had several vegetarians in our group and they were very happy with their food. I ordered the Butter Chicken, which was delicious. I'm not super familiar with Indian food, so I basically just let my siblings order for me then we all shared bites of our different orders. Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. The atmosphere is more of a quick "to go" joint, but we were able to push tables together for our group of 10. The food was great and my sister-in-law was very happy. I can't speak to authenticity, but for being a "gringa" and out of my usual food element, I was very pleased. I'll go there again for sure!
