I was double charged for my sandwich and was all but ignored when I tried to get assistance in fixing my issue. Don’t go into this Subway just order it on DoorDash, it will be the same price.

We ordered to go and when we got home i realized my sandwich was wrong and my husbands was half made. I got a chicken teriyaki sandwich and there was no teriyaki sauce or any of my toppings i asked for. my husband got a meatball sub and each side only had 2 tiny meatballs. we tried calling to see if they would fix our order, but they never answered.

I've been to this location twice. The first time the guy working there was asleep so I had to wake him up ( I get it, we all get tired ). I just walked out for my second visit because the person here just sat in the back ( in full view of me ) on her phone. It's probably time to pay your employees more.

Had three sandwiches made for family because I had received a coupon in the mail. Upon checkout, employee scanned coupon and discount price showed up, but then they scan it again for whatever reason and messes up the checkout, resetting the price to over double. Manager comes over and says coupon has already been scanned -well no duh. Wants me to pay full price >20$ more. Convinced this is a scam. Never again.

We ordered online (2 Foot Longs, and one 6inch) and was promised a pickup time of 06:05pm but when we got to the store at the promised time the store employees had just started on 1 out of 3 sandwiches and proceeded to take 30 - 40 minutes more of our time making the rest of the sandwiches. Nothing was said to us as far as a apology goes and we wasted over a hour of our lives on 3 sandwiches. Would do a one star but the order was 100% correct

Asked for olives, gave me 6 , yes 6 olives, I asked for more please, he gave me 4, yes 4 more olives. I asked why? Manager who was making my sandwich told me ( we are only allowed to give you a certain amount of toppings. ) . I said (what? ) . He was rude and said that's our policy. I wanted to say I would pay extra but instead I decided never to eat at another subway again!
