We have started to notice a huge slide in service at this location. They have consistently gotten something wrong every time we’ve ordered in the last month. Today we ordered a meatball sub and and bacon chicken ranch. Both footlongs. The meatball was a 6 inch and the bacon chicken ranch was just a chicken ranch. It is a joke

Ordered a mexical sandwich. which is#7 The MexiCali. Head for the Southwest with juicy rotisserie-style chicken, smashed avocado, doublePepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions topped with our smoky Baia Chipotle sauce and served toasted on Artisan Italian bread.I got a rotisserie chicken sandwich with ranch and green peppers and that is it. Very disappointing. Have tried to call several times but can't get anyone to answer the phone.

This subway is the opposite direction of the one I frequent. I decided to start trying it because they are open earlier.Trip one was a messy breakfast sandwich made with all the egg falling out leaving just the veggies until I rebuilt the sandwich filling.Second time they were closed still half hour after posted opening time.Not worth my effort when I wanted a location open sooner.

Store is clean and the staff have always been friendly, even 10 mins before closing on a Friday night.Vegetarian options: Veggie delight is cheap and delicious. Never had the veggie patties, but the family in front of me did once-they look like your standard fare, fried veggie blocks.

Every thing here is so fresh. You choose your bread, meat, cheese and toppings. It's all custom made in front of you. The two people working there were clean and professional. The tables were clean. It smells really good when you go in. They are always fast.
The customer service that I got today was terrible. I felt rushed to get out so the employee could go hangout with his friends. He was also was correcting me on the cheese I wanted. The second employee came to assist me and had better customer service. The only reason for the 3 stars is because the food was good but I won’t be back to this branch.

At least the food was good, because the service was not. We placed our order and accidentally hit the wrong time, so we immediately called to get the time changed. When they answered, I didn't even know if it was Subway since they just answered with hello. They told us we could cancel and try it again, but we were already short on time. When we got there there were two employees just standing by one of the tables. Took them 20 minutes to make 5 sandwiches, yet there were no other customers in the store on a Sunday afternoon.

If you want your sandwiches at a decent time use the app otherwise it seems to be a solid 15-20 minute wait with just a couple people in front.

This location is probably the worst I’ve been to. The girls are always on edge with each other, they don’t work as a team and they acted inconvenienced that I even came in. I watched one of the girls throw the mayonnaise across the line because she was in a hurry. I even came in another time and watched one of the ladies come in from smoking a cigarette and not wash her hands before starting to make food. I think I’m done with that location till they get a new staff.

We stopped to get two sandwiches this afternoon (December 12, 2021). The two girls who were working the counter had masks pulled down under their chins. We politely asked them if they would wear them correctly and not only did they not pull them up, they were very unkind in the process. My friend has COPD and is on Oxygen, we were both fully masked and had tried to go through the drive through but it wasn't working. The sandwiches were a soggy mess. More importantly was the complete lack of customer service that bordered on bullying. Never again.
