First time eating at this establishment. I can't say I'd recommend it. Not much customer service, let alone interaction with customers. Most of the supposed savory items were really sweet, and the flavor was lacking authenticity. I will say their katsu was nice.Might not be too bad for those wanting fast sweet food. Just not to our liking. Terrible parking situation.
This place was really quite good. I got the beef bulgogi bowl with egg and sweet potato noodles and the Katsu fries. Both excellent. Had to order at a kiosk and clean up my own table. No big deal. The restaurant is pretty open and loud, but not more than you would expect at a place like this. Everyone behind the counter was helpful when I needed refills or extra sauce.

I got double billed for my meal. I used the kiosk, since they don't have a person to help. When my credit card statement came back and I noticed it, I tried to call but the phone number is only tied to an answering machine and the memory is full (sounds like 1990). In other words, I paid for two meals, only got one, and can't call or talk to someone to fix it.

I've made a lot of authentic and fusion Korean dishes, and traveled to a lot of Korean restaurants. This place is definitely high on my list. It's a bit pricy, but you get plenty of food. And it's delicious. They've nailed the sauces and marinades.
Damn was looking at the reviews wanting to go to the place, but after reading the owners response to a customer saying “we hate customers like you the most” this just changes my whole impression about the place, which is sad. Because I heard great things about food itself. I’ve never seen anyone treat customers this way just because they left their review. Jaw dropping.

Wanted to try something new a little away from home (I'm in SLC) & this place was SO good. The service was fast and easy, the food was deeelicious. I got the beef bulgogi rice bowl with veggie mandoo & an egg. The flavors were all so complimenting to one another. Definitely coming back to try more things!

Came on a date with my husband on a Friday night. Ordering was quick and easy at a touchpad. Food till a minute to come out, but was delicious. We ordered the katsu chicken bowl and the junkyard fries. The chicken was a little too crispy for me, but both dishes were delicious and I can’t wait to return to try other dishes.

Always amazing. I had the fried Katsu sandwich (which I recommend with Sriracha) and gravy fries, both of which were fantastic. Although next time I may try to ask for some extra gravy. It's not easy maintaining this generous bulbous figure! Also tried my friends beef quesadilla, which was delicious and hearty.

Decided to try this for the tacos. I loved all 3 varieties. My daughter had the shrimp rice bowl, and that was amazing, too.We will definitely return. I am excited to try more of their food.
