Yes I come from California and found a spot out here in South Jordan burger spot just like Cali. But when I go there for lunch the service is great the manager Monica asked me to if she can get my tray which I couldn’t denied it. Absolutely the cooks are great and the whole crew . Very sad about the treatment given yesterday, they changed the method of ordering and my mother did not know what the new procedure was like and only received ridicule from a woman employed there who spoke Spanish and instead of guiding her to order she made fun, I will not return to that site nor recommend it again.

I called the West Jordan store after I ordered thru the Habit Burger app.The app sent the order to WJ but we were closer to the South Jordan store.I was told they "cannot cancel an order after it is placed." Uber and Door Dash allow you to cancel orders. Perhaps you can look at their app how it is built?At minimum, you should have an option to transfer the order to the other location. Dominos has an option to do that.It is very disappointing as a customer. Now we get to pay at TWO of your stores and "possibly get a refund" after filling out a form and waiting for you all to respond. Alternatively, we can shop somewhere else. Habit Burger has a VERY antiquated process. Least to say, I will not be using your app again.
