My husband and I recently came into this location and we were the only customers there. We sat and waited to be helped and the waitress was sitting at the bar on her phone for quite a while, we should have taken that as our opportunity to leave because our experience was interesting to say the least. While in the restaurant we saw some alarming things one of the cooks went and laid on one of the tables outside smoking. Then he came inside put gloves on and started preparing food. While he still had the gloves on his hand he reached and pulled out his phone and started using it. Same thing happened with the other cook he took a pause from making food and took a phone call with the gloves still on his hands. Both came back and made our food with the contaminated gloves. I don’t know if it was because we were nervous or not but the food was not good. I ordered chicken tenders and Mac and cheese the tenders had a really weird charcoal taste and the Mac and cheese was super cold. My husband had the hog wings and buffalo chips he just said that they tasted like they weren’t fully cooked. Would not recommend based on not only the service but the quality of the food.

We planned to have a family dinner here, showed up at 6 on a Monday and the place was closed, with new store hours stating they should have been open. We love wing nutz but it seems this location is going down hill the last few times we ate here. Sadly, We will travel to the Draper location from here on out

Clearly stated Gluten free, we have celiac. My salad arrived with croutons. I took a bite to find croutons. I sent the salad back and the waitress copped an attitude. They removed the croutons and brought back THE SAME SALAD! She then proceeded to blame me because she didn’t know what gluten was. And why did I take a bite? They took the salad off the tab but no other apology or sense of accountability on their partDietary restrictions: Gluten free, STAFF DOESNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IT!

New Manager is Killing it! Never seen this place as busy and the two employees working didn’t even flinch! Stayed on their game cook was rocking the grill and are waitress is the best at “drink roulette” been here twice since new management and night and day difference!!!!! 100%

I would avoid this place, took my son & friend here, we had wings and Mac & cheese. They doubled my bill and charged me. when I noticed my bill was doubled on food items, resulting in a 60.00 + over charge, I told them, they said no one on staff could give me a refund, but when the owner arrived they would figure it out. They never refunded me like they said they would, just kept my money, will never go back, either will anyone else I know.

Worst service ever experienced at WingNutz!The blonde waitress (didn’t have a name tag) acted like it was her first day ever working in her life. Not a clue what she was doing.Asked to change to a sports event and she acted annoyed and walked away and never changed the channel.Messed up both of the orders at the table and tried charging for dressings that come with the menus items, then argued with me when we got the check.Won’t be back to this location.Definitely not a good representation of WingNutz from this waitress.

Saturday 5.20.23 I ordered apricot teriyaki wings thru doordash and was given the zesty orange instead. Normally I wouldn’t mind, however I’m highly allergic to orange and this error caused me to have a MASSIVE allergic reaction so much so I had to use my epi-pen. I messaged them thru the app and didn’t receive a response. So I waited an additional 24 hours and then called the store. I spoke with a team member and explained the situation, they said once the manager was in I would receive a call back. It’s been 3 days and no response. I ordered $20 worth of wings and had to use my $600 Epi-pen because of a careless mistake and they didn’t even have the decency to message or call back. Ultimately I received the wrong order and I feel the least they could do was give me a refund/credit. Poor customer service and overall disappointing.

Our Traveling Tribe

Took 2 hours to get our dinner, they would come and apologize and ask if we wanted a courtesy beer, then at the end of the night we got charged for ALL the courtesy beer and our completely messed up food order. Has gone way down hill.

This place has the best wings, way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Since Journi has started working here this location has really turned around. Her service is top notch and she is super personable. My family will keep coming back to this location because of Journi!

So we've been regularly going to this Wing Nutz location for 11 years, ever since our kids were just littles. We've seen ALL its highs and lows, and there have been several of each. Through it all, it has been and continues to be a staple for us. We love heading out and grabbing some great wings and a beer. Recent changes seem to be very positive and we are happy and hopeful to see things starting to pick back up. Rand has been there for years and he is amazing. He works hard to make each visit special and has carried through some tough times post-pandemic. Chandler and Journi are both amazing, too, and are really invested and care about their customers. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxed, so if you're looking for a casual spot to take the fam, or somewhere to watch a game with some wings and a beer, we think this is a great place for both.

We waited 2 hrs for our food before we had to walk out. Our dinner this evening consisted of beer/soda and peanuts. I used to work here and the kitchen was never like that. It takes 12-15 minutes to cook the wings if my memory is correct. The kitchen staff would touch their phone with gloves on then proceed to prepare food. Wing Nutz has gone down hill from the time I worked there to now, very sad. They have good wings but horrible service. Our server didn’t even communicate with us about why it was taking so long. We asked and were told your order is in and it’s coming. Like we know it’s in but why is it taking so long. If the kitchen isn’t able to keep up with the rush and taking hours to prepare food you can at least ensure the customers drinks are full. That didn’t happen either. Highly don’t recommend going, spend your money and time elsewhere!

Listen, I don’t normally leave reviews. However, the experience my family had tonight warrants a review so that this doesn’t happen to other people.We placed an online order, WE WERE CHARGED, had a receipt, and a scheduled pickup time- all of this from the online ordering website provided by Wing Nutz.When we arrived to pick up the food, they told us that they didn’t receive our order and that they weren’t taking any more to go orders. They told us that if we wanted a refund we would have to compose and send a request email to their third party online ordering company called Table Needs. The company can’t be reached any other way and is closed for the weekend.We waited an hour to pick up our order and then had to find other last minute accommodations Saturday night at 7pm!Why didn’t they take responsibility for this error? Why do we as customers have to go through painstaking measures to get a refund?Very disappointed in the terrible customer service. We will not be back to this restaurant.
