I ordered 2 of the Bowl and bao combos off Door dash. They were both teriyaki chicken bowls, or at least that is what they were supposed to be. I dont know what that was. The portion that you get for $18 is absolutely ridiculous. There was barely any meat and the rice was mushy. The bao buns that come with the combo were wrong and were also gross. I was charged extra for the cheeseburger buns and didn't even get them. The best part was the contains that the food came in were Sizzler to go containers. What?! Did we just get food in used containers?! Gross! I will never ever get food from this place again!

First this place was so difficult to find, inside a Sizzlers. Really? Second after I got home with the food half of it wasn’t even there then when I tried to call it didn’t even connect me to the actual restaurant. Then when I went back to get the rest of my food they were so difficult about it and offered me a refund they couldn’t even give me before they offered me the rest of my food. Definitely not worth it for the price, portion and service.

I ordered off DoorDash absolutely disgusting. I got orange chicken, it smells foul not to mention looks like barf. The sauce is like gelatinous, there is 3 pieces of meat and the rice was soggy. I absolutely do not recommend my order came to $20. Waste?of?money?

Just terrible. This is an actual "teriyaki chicken" bowl we got. Embarrassingly bad. How can they be this bad?

Food was cold, rice was hard, and barely any sauce. Not to mention barely any meat in the chicken teriyaki bowl. Portion was small, and the bao were stale. Not to mention my order was wrong. I didn't really eat any of my food.

This place honestly just reminded me of frozen microwaved meals. We got two meals and some bao to split and it was all terrible. We felt like it was such a waste of money. You could possibly get something better at the frozen section of the grocery store.

Do not order from them. Their food is horrible! How have they still been allowed to operate. $100 meal and everything was cold, sloppy, small in portion, and downright inedible!! If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Steam buns were microwavedWontons we're soggy and stale and microwaved Orange bowl was worse than a TV dinner and looked like dog foodTeriyaki bowl was cold, peanuts were raw and rice was soggy. Horrible!!!!
The Orange chicken was about as good as a TV dinner. The The teriyaki and pork bun wasn't too bad. A little too mushy for me.

Your manager here is amazing I want to say her name is Kristen. Either way, she went above and beyond to provide the most amazing customer service when our driver forgot part of our order. We appreciate all you did to help with the situation. I definitely feel like this deserves the best review, customer service these days is definitely not the best, but hers was! Also the bao is super amazing here, definitely won't disappoint!

The bao is absolutely delicious. Everything is well done and packaged. My only complaint is that you *have* to order through a food delivery service and you can't pick it up yourself. This means by the time my food arrives it's usually lukewarm, which generally is the price you pay for delivery from a second party service. It would be nice to see the option to go pick it up myself so I can have the food when it's still hot.

This is a ghost kitchen- you can't do pickup or dine there. You can only order for delivery. The bbq pork bun was weird. I can't put my finger on what was off about the flavor. The teriyaki chicken bun was pretty good. We all loved the potstickers though! I wish they'd had the chicken potstickers available too!
