I would never go here again. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich the lady making it did a lousy job and should be fired. Worst Jimmy Johns iv ever been in and will never fo back.

The service is by far the worst service at any jimmy John's I have ever been t The lady in front with glasses seems like a hard worker but is horrible interacting with customers . You ask her a question and she is short not customer friendly at all. The other girl with dark hair is super nice and the other young kid was very helpful and friendly. I hate to give them a bad rating, but that girl in the front must be the shift lead with the glasses and she's very short she's condescending and should not be interacting with customers.. the rating should say it all but when I saw the 3.6 rating Google review. Now I know why the rate at 3.6.. my advice to management is to either train that girl on the front to be customer friendly and not condescending or replace her with the other girl with dark hair. That is very customer friendly because at the end of the day you are serving customers you cannot be short with customers. They got my order wrong but the main thing is the service is horrible. If no one has ever been to Jimmy John's and they going to that store on skyline Drive I guarantee you they're gonna have a bad perception of Jimmy John's in total. I never really take time to give a bad review unless it's horrible and this experience the food was wrong. The service is horrible and this is the second time I've been in there and that girl in the front with glasses with dark hair makes the environment not welcoming . She needs to learn customer friendly or not interact with the public. Will never order from that store again!

Jimmy John's replies to bad reviews asking for feedback, but ignore the feedback once you do submit. No interest in improvement, just duct-taping their image.Every sandwich was made completely differently than what was requested. This was after they confirmed our order to us, so we know they heard our order correctly. Not sure why they just started slinging ingredients at random sandwiches Willy-Nilly. Not worth it at all, unbelievable we drove home only to have to turn around and go back in.Then, the cherry-on-top of our already frustrating experience, the staff was incredibly rude about the mistake they made. They insinuated we were lying, despite bringing them the untouched sandwiches made with the incorrect ingredients, not sure what they thought our "scam" was. They expected us to feel bad about them ruining a $40 order, when it's our $40 being wasted. All I wanted was the sandwiches we ordered, not like we asked for gas money or a free cookie, odd for the employees to be so defensive and infantilizing.

This is my first time at Jimmy Johns! I came to the south Ogden location, and The staff here was absolutely amazing! They were so helpful with my order! they were just so generous they had amazing attitudes and they made customers happy! night Staff here definitely needs a raise for their amazing behavior cleanly workplace and amazing food they have crafted for us to eat. they made my entire jimmy johns experience

I ordered $60 of food from the south Ogden store. At 7:00pm . It was 7:45 before I called the store only to be hung up on by an employee.. I had to go to the store to get my food . Oh and ya the GM of the store was delivering the food . But she was out in the parking lot talking to other people. I will never order from this location in my life .The first time I had issues with this location. I ordered a $60 order . The family got all there food . But I got a dam pickle. I called the store and they would not make it right. I knew better then to order from them again.. just be careful

I have ordered here half a dozen times and each time asked for mustard and not one time have I gotten a sandwich with mustard. Every time the cashier repeats the order but then the sandwich maker doesn’t actually put it on. Please add what the customer asks to put on the sandwich….

Sat at drive thru window for over 15 minutes.Couldn’t see anyone in the building until a guest walked In. A gal appeared and took care of him. We co to yes to sit at drive thru. She never greeted us. We gave up. I think this is called quite quitting. I could have walked In but figured this was a good Indication of what the sandwiches would have been like

Made an online order at 7:55 and went to pick up at the store and got there 8:04. They said they canceled the order because they were closed. But the site allows the order and they could have made it. When you get there 4 minutes after they allegedly closed. I guess they really need to get home.
