The boba teas are the real prize of this place for me.I have often purchased their salted green tea matcha (iced and hot) and both are amazing! Truly, I dream about it. My coworker got a strawberry boba and said it was the best he’s ever had (might just be a summer flavor). Regardless, this place slaps for their drinks. The baked items are OK. I wasn’t a huge fan and I’m also now gluten free and you can kiss any baked item here goodbye if you have any allergens in the gluten department. Hence the four stars…but when I did eat a baked good it was a bit greasy and I didn’t like that. The service has always been good and fast here. The ambience is a bit wild because of the arcade in the hallway it’s not my favorite place to hang out in.

From California now to Salt Lake City!! You guys rock. I’m pretty sure there was a hype at grand opening. However, service and quality was top notch. Keep it up, 85!!

Interesting bakery experience with many of the items prepackaged with a grab-and-go system. The selection is quite extensive with plenty of savory and sweet options to choose from. We love the mini basque cheesecakes and the egg tarts.

I bought a couple of mango creme brulee. I'm disappointed it's dry it doesn't taste like mango it's a dessert simple It's nasty.

i payed 7 bucks for a matcha drink, but all i got was milk with strawberry bits with little to no sign of matcha. i’m pretty disappointed with the utter lack of matcha in my MATCHA DRINK despite the high price i paid ???furthermore, as if i wasn’t already disappointed enough, as i was walking out of the bakery i literally saw another customer enjoying the exact same drink i got except theirs actually had plenty of matcha (as it should since it’s literally advertised as a matcha drink) completely unlike mine.

We don’t come out this way often, but when we do, we love grabbing some baked goods for home. This place reminds us of our time in Japan with their fluffy buttery goodness. I love that the staff keeps the shelves stocked with fresh goods. While lining up to pay, our son decided to checkout their drink menu. I kindly asked the cashier to give us a moment as she started scanning our items, she then said hot or iced? I said, he’s unsure. She asked what size? Our son then said, I’ll pass, no drink. She rolled her eyes and said our total. Our son felt rushed. It wasn’t busy and there was no line behind us. Other than that, we love the goodies .

We need more locations of this bakery in SLC area! We’re traveling to you from Utah county, absolutely worth it!Your deserts and parties are delicious and the prices are surprisingly low.

If you love soft buttery bread in various shapes and sizes this is the place. I love this place because it makes me feel like I am back in Japan exploring the little bread shops. The egg tarts are delicious, and this is one of the very few places you can find red bean bread (sounds gross but it's delicious). My kid loves the small, packaged strawberry shortcakes. The have an extensive drink menu with various customizations but they tend to be a little on the sweet side.

Been going to 85deg bakery for years when I lived in other cities. The prices have definitely gone up which makes it hard to keep coming back. Prices for thier buns at this SLC location are more expensive than the California and Nevada locations.

Absolutely scrumptious treats, but seriously the staff is nothing more than a bunch of mindless teenage robots! God forbid you ask one of them a question. They’ll either not even look at you or just point your question to someone else, but you’ll never get an answer.
