Got biscuits and gravy, eggs over easy and hash browns on the side. Biscuits seemed like they were from a frozen kit, the gravy was gross, eggs were over hard and had floppy/soggy hash browns. I would not recommend

The omelets, skillet potatoes and pancakes are all amazing. Go for the boysenberry syrup. I’m not usually a syrup person but that was great.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality and great service I got here. It looked pretty old and run down on the outside and the inside was dated as well. I ordered a breakfast skillet with pancakes. The food came out delicious, warm and super fast! The waitress was super nice and made us feel like old friends! Would definitely go back!

It was a quaint little old time dinner with decent food, and great customer service. The decor appears to be dated and run down, and they have odd hours, but I'm guessing that is because it isn't that popular anymore, which is a shame. I hope they can stay in business and create something that really puts them back on the map as a go to experience.

This a neat old place with great service and food. Years ago as a federal electrical inspector I would have meetings with contractors there. A great place to meet and hang out. Super flexable.

This restaurant just keeps getting better and better. The waitresses (DeeDee and Gail) are awesome and go above and beyond. The chili verde is the best in Salt Lake City. Prices are very reasonable, especially for seniors.

We have been coming to The Amber for years. It has had its struggles-closed abruptly from previous owner and started coming back with a new owner just in time for Covid. It is now open, the food is good, reasonably priced and great service.
We love the Amber Restaurant! Great staff, wonderful food! Also, curbside ready quickly of that is your style!

The servers are very nice ladies. It's pretty standard American diner food with no variety or fruits or vegetables really. I guess if you like bacon eggs biscuits and gravy or sausage then this is the place for you.
